This
is
the
best
high
up,
viewpoint
that
we
found
for
visibility
and
assistance
in
knowing
what
we
were
looking
at
on
Mahe,
and
really
in
all
of
the
Seychelles.
You’re
looking
north,
overv
the
red
roofs
of
Eden
Harbor,
and
beyond,
and
on
a
clear
Day
you
can
even
see
Praslin
and
La
Digue
islands.
Most
helpful,
there
is
a
wide
plaque,
which
I
have
pictured
in
the
photos.
It
identifies
every
major
island
and
spot
that
you
can
see
in
front
of
you.
For
us,
having
sailed
out
of
Eden
harbor
north,
and
covered
all
the
areas
that
we
were
seeing
from
this
viewpoint,
going
here
was
a
real
treat.
There
are
spaces
for
parking
and
you
can
also
park
along
the
side
of
the
road
if
the
spots
are
full.
Unlike
the
Copolia
Trail
which
leads
to
another
viewpoint,
la
Misère
has
no
fee
to
enjoy
it.
So
this
should
be
corrected
on
Google
maps.
We
drove
up,
parked
walked
over
to
the
viewpoint
and
spent
a
good
amount
of
time
there.
And
there
is
no
one
asking
for
a
fee
or
collecting
money.
