This is my second time having Ashley and she is the best! She’s super gentle and quick with the whole process. Gives you little tips and advice so it is easier every time you come and sometimes during the session. She is also very friendly and keeps conversation to distract you from all the fun stuff. Definitely recommend Ashley.

It was my first time at the Center and also with Letitia. I chose her basing on the great reviews ... they were not wrong ... first of all, I appreciated the constant reminds and the morning phone call to confirm the upcoming appointment!!! Second of all, Letitia was amazing and made me feel very comfortable ... she is very professional, polite, and patient!!! She gave me great advice, and I already booked the next appointment with her and spread the word to bring new clients ... loved the fact that "hard wax" is used ... it makes the job faster and cleaner!!!

Usually my experience at European Wax is superb, however on yesterday my Technician at Bedford, NY was way below average. She did not pull hairs from the root and tried to rush me along the way. I requested another technician who was able to resolve the issue. Thank you Rosalee for your patience and technical skills in getting the job done!

I’ve been coming to this location for over 7 years and while there is occasionally turnover, I always get into a great flow with a wax specialist. The last few months I have been working with Roselee who is amazing! Not only is she thorough and gentle, but she is kind and personable and always up for good conversation. I look forward to my appointments with her! 100% recommend. Rescheduling is incredibly easy too with the app, helps tremendously with a hectic full time work schedule and the craziness of mom life.

I've been coming to EWC in Bedford for a few months now. The first time I went I was extremely anxious but Ashley put me at ease. Now I look forward to my monthly appointments with her. This past week I couldn't get in for my wax service with Ashley and was accommodated by the wonderful reception staff and met with Stephanie. Again I was a little nervous but Stephanie was amazing as well!!!. I have not had a bad experience at this location. Everyone is friendly and patient.

Roselee is an amazing wax specialist! I’ve been going to her for Brazilians about a year now, and never had a bad experience. She always takes her time and is very thorough. Unless I haven’t done my part (exfoliating etc..) it is always a clean wax :)
