I would just like to say that my experience with the older OB/GYN at this location was nothing short of disgusting. It is very apparent that the older white woman is very classist & fat phobic mentioning my weight in a visit about my vaginal health. When she mentioned my diet in Extreme detail I go on to say that I have an eating disorder & she followed up by saying that, that was good and I should lose my appetite. This should be a safe space but I was ridiculed and honestly it doesn’t matter of the intentions that she had it’s about the ideology she has as an OB/GYN and that is very detrimental to the general public who are being seen by her considering the fact that she is obviously biased and trust me this narrative is not new.

I am very disturbed at what happened to my daughter on her appointment to see an OB/GYN my daughter is dealing with a lot of mental health issues and went there for a check up On her private parts below not to be lectured ridiculed about her weight and what she should be eating when it has absolutely nothing to do with the appointment she had for the day if she wanted to see a nutritionist she would’ve made an appointment with a nutritionist. In the way that she spoke to her was very tasteless and telling her that she should learn not to eat very unprofessional to say that to someone that is possibly dealing with an eating disorder nothing like pushing someone over the edge with your judgment and where she should be shopping and where she should be eating . It’s absolutely disgusting tasteless and very unprofessional

A truly disappointing and awful experience dealing with this facility. I was a patient with PPH for over a year on Deprovera birth control where I found out on my own I had developed Cushing's Syndrome and every appointment I was informing the nurses of my extreme side effects, (irregular bleeding, chronic head aches, sufficient weight gain, etc) and they continued to give me higher dosages instead of looking further into the problem. I now have Cushing's Syndrome that I had to figure out from outside of PPH, and when I made a phone call to discontinue this medication, the nurse was laughing at me on the phone. I said "Excuse me? May I ask what seems to be so funny to you? Don't you think that's rather unprofessional to be laughing in a customers face?" She continued to laugh and said she thought it was funny that she didn't "understand what I was asking". I have been told different types of information on the same subject and I have a right to want to know exactly what they were putting into my body. She ended up just hanging up on me. Her name is LORI. Calling this place is a mess; on average I ALWAYS have to call a minimum of 5 times to be put on hold 10-15 minutes each time to simply schedule/reschedule my appointments. I do not recommend anyone to go to this location as every time I feel uncomfortable and unwelcome with these rude nurses. Its a shame a place can be ran so horribly that should be welcoming and comforting for women's health. I will be taking care of myself elsewhere and do not recommend this place to anyone ever.

Always feel rushed when I come here. I have had concerns about my menstrual cycle for months. Every appt I would explain what’s going and it was always brushed off. Last appointment the aprn gave me an attitude and told me to come back to go over my concerns. I guess I was an inconvenience to her, at least that’s how i felt. I immediately changed Gynos and turns out I have a extra large ovarian cysts that requires immediate surgery. You would think an educated professional would put two and two together, since I have a history of ovarian cyst. They just don’t care. I’m starting to think PPH is all about abortions now.

There was a very rude man working there that clearly doesn’t want to do his job. I went there to schedule an appointment and I wasn’t sure how things worked there and he was clearly upset that I only had to pick up my birth control and not schedule an actual appointment. I’ve never dealt with anything of this sort but I really hope something gets done about this because his attitude was horrible and I don’t want to see him there for my next visit.

If you’re seeking help without any judgement, this office is not the one you’re looking for. If you don’t have the access to commute to the Stamford pph, then I guess settle for this one. Be prepared for rude seniors & unfortunate judgement for whichever service you’re going in for.

IUD appointment today with Linda Magee, she was so very helpful to me and kept me calm & collected. Linda was very cautious and careful, explained every step to me beforehand and during the procedure. Everything went well, I arrived 2 minutes before my appt. time and the wait was not long at all, very nice and clean waiting room too.

For anyone interested or in need apparently they offer free Condoms to the public you just walk in and get it great way to prevent stds and unwanted pregnancies

I had an appointment I was running late I called them to tell them I was running a few minutes late she tells me we have a ten minute grace period. Not noticing the time I tell her I will be there in 6 minutes she tells me ok see you then only for me to arrive and they tell me they can't see me. Totally disgusted because had they been running behind schedule they don't bump the person in the room out because it's your appointment time. Safe to say this was my last time going to them because it reminded me of why I stop going to them in the first place.

COREY a customer service representative and was extremely rude. These representatives need to be more sensitive to all patients and be able to accommodate everyone’s needs in a timely manner I shouldn’t have to be getting a phone hung up in my face while trying to confirm an appointment or prescription

I loooovveeeee this place!! The staff is and have always been amazing to me!! Yes the wait can be long at times, but the Care is amazing!! They're very comforting and caring. I've been going there for 10 yrs now and wouldn't change them for anyone. It doesn't take long to get an appt, they book me as fast as they can. They're very private when it comes to your info. They make me feel like family when I'm there☺. Thank you pph!

Nasty workers I was treated like a dog yesterday don’t go there go to Planned Parenthood in Stanford Or New Haven instead

Very easy to find using gps. The lady who checked me in at the front desk was very welcoming and informative which made me more comfortable being that it was my first appointment at this location. The other lady that took me in for my appointment and in take was also very nice and friendly. Very helpful and informative, was able to clearly answer the questions I had. I left the appointment a lot lighter and will definitely be returning to this location again! Thank you!
