Great Theater! Ambience was warm and inviting. Great space to rent if having a cozy event. I love the tables and theater combination.

What a hidden gem in Bridgeport! There is no bad seat in this place. The staff are amazing and I am so happy to see that the Bijou is still operating after all these years. Its so worth it to check out the shows here. I went to a concert - tribute to old school funk! Had a great girls night out!

Bijou hosting Edgar Allan Poe Speakeasy was fantastic! The cast was great, incredibly passionate, stories were well known and well chosen and the drinks for each story were perfect! The Bijou is a hidden gem and will definitely be back for other shows. Highly recommend

Incredible theater! Great owner and staff. Mary Poppins was a huge success! Thank you to all that made this possible for the young future actors and actresses

Had the great time here. The theater is beautiful. Not a bad seat in the house. The staff are friendly and helpful. Nice clean bathroom. We saw WHATUP FUNK and ELIOT LEWIS. Great show. We were able to meet the owner Louie at the end. I look forward to seeing other shows there. Such a nice night out. Parking in the ramp garage directly across the street

What a fantastic evening! This venue is intimate, comfortable, and really easy to access. It’s important to support our local artists and theater owners. I will go back to the Bijou anytime!

This was a cute little play house. On a small street in Bridgeport. & if you're lucky you can park on the street and not have to pay the garage fee!!

The venue was beautiful. The performances were terrific, but the drinks were terrible. Damien, in particular, gave an outstanding performance .

Had a great time at the Michael Jackson experience with my family and my son. He loves Michael Jackson and it was a great time. I met the new owners, and they were surely very friendly and thankful that we all came.

Nice historic venue in downtown Bridgeport. Cozy and intimate setting ... cabaret style with traditional seating area and some small table seating as well. There really isn't a bad seat in the house! A variety of events hosted here ... concerts, plays, musicals, ... reasonably priced seats. I highly recommend attending one of the events! There is also a bar to quench your thirst and a small concession stand with popcorn and candy.

Intimate, historic, beautiful authentic venue. Includes snack stand and bar. The sides of the theatre have tables elevated for a good view, but really there isn't a bad seat in the house! Love the atmosphere, the intimacy and the historic decor

Pretty nice Theatre. Good stocked Bar, a bit slow , but nice stuffs, comfy chairs, some of them are a bit worn out. Different seating arrangements. Clean toilets. Good lighting of the stage. Not many parking place. But there is one lot one black away.

Fantastic location and place for shows and also outside event rentals. I've attended both and love the attention to detail, cleanliness, affordability and quality of programs. This is a historical building but it has been updated amazingly! I highly recommend you visiting!
