I am writing from this hotel that has nothing smart as it claims. Breakfast is included in price and their cook is supposed to have gotten sick, which is something that could happen anywhere, but amazingly ridiculous is the compensation offers they gave. Two extra hours in the room or a discount for the next time we would stay here. As extra time or discounts are not edible the offer was declined and we asked them to provide breakfast in another place. 5 min later the self declared administrator (since 2 days according to herself) came back indicating where to eat breakfast paid by ourselves! I said ok, so just get money from the counter and give to us to pay for it and the answer is that it's not their fault that the cook got sick and not their problem to provide the breakfast we had paid for. Very bad and stupid service.

The best hotel in Vitebsk. If you want to have a good rest - this is the only place. Excellent location for exploring all the sights of the city.

Very nice boutique hotel, with spacious rooms big breakfast and amazing complimentary breakfast in addition to yours - waffles and fruits. The rooms have all required amenities and hotel's location is very good.

Difficult to find dedicaded hotel Vitebsk and this a compromise very much in same style as many places like this in the former Sovjets Union.

We took three rooms as were with colleagues on a business trip. The hotel is in a very good location, comfortable rooms with all amenities. I forgot to bring me tooth brush and paste (the receptionist pavel said there wasn’t any available).

Проездом были в Витебске в ноябре 2023. Выбрали этот отель и не пожалели. Очень чисто, уютно и тихо. Завтрак тоже вкусный, на выбор предложили несколько блюд. Если будем ещё в этом городе, остановимся в этом же отеле. Рекомендуем.
