One of the best Vitebsk's restaurant. Excellent kitchen and staff. Amazing interior. Good price. Will visit again on the next Vitebsk visit! Must visit if you look for something really interesting.

This is absolutely and without questions the best place in Vitebsk. From service to music and quality of food you not going to find anything better. Prices are very reasonable. Amazing atmosphere. Staff is very helpful. Food is simple great and yes, we tried everything on the menu and even dishes before they got on the menu. Pushkin Time's is our all time favorite place!

This is a great restaurant: the food is delicious. Everything tasted fresh and the food was presented in a beautiful way. Some of the best steak tartar that I ever had. Really tender and with a perfect balance between the meat and the spices. The beef stroganoff was a pleasant surprise and was perfectly matched with smooth and creamy mashed potatoes. The Japanese salad was great as well, they used marinated sea weeds with salted salmon which we really liked. Edit: we went back the day after the previous review and i ordered the steak tartar again. I think I got the same batch as the day before and now all the texture of the meat was absent, probably because it was already in the marinate since the day before. The color was also more gray which could also mean it sat there in a container for a day. The taste was still OK but by far not as perfect as the day before. (would rate this visit 3*, would still rate first visit 5*,so overall would be 4*) (picture of day 1 and 2 are side by side, the white balance of the pictures is a bit off but the texture of the steak tartar on the first day is mich better)

Extravagante interior, very comfortable secluded seating areas available, as well as outside patio. The food was incredible as well - colorful taste combinations, everything very fresh and cooked to order. Large menu options. Highly recommend this cafe for any occasion. Patio seating is also available.

The best restaurant and service I've found in Belarus. Beautiful girl seated us in this wonderfully decorated restaurant. The food was delicious, and the service is only rivaled by the nicest restaurants in the United States. 5 stars without a doubt.

An excellent place, just been renovated and provides good formal service with an area with live music and entertainment. Great food and good shisha/hookah.
