Everything is ordered in concrete, asphalt and marble. In summer, even fountains do not help get rid of the stuffiness. Due to the “lack of wisdom” of the local leadership, city residents lost a wonderful vacation spot.

A large empty concrete area and that's it. There is absolutely nothing to do here. Such space could be used more rationally than not.
