They have used fake products during first hair wash without my permission they have used beauty garbage shampoo conditioner on Loreal smoothening hairs in their Kormangala branch. I went for smoothening in their Indiranagar branch and asked for Loreal products smoothening. They said they have used the correct product and from now onwards use L’oreal products,which I already using since 2 years.But when I went for hair wash (as they said that branch is nearby my place)they have used beauty garage products and also after wash they have blow dried my hairs to hide the result even I denied by getting that but they said they have to use to blow dry and beauty garage products are better than Loreal. when next time I washed my hairs now the true result is scary.
