Unfortunately there is no negative rating otherwise i cud have rated negative. I had booked on makemytrip app and my booking was confirmed from 12 january 2019 to 15th january 2019. I had called two days before my journey and had asked for an early check in to which the reception person confirmed that i need to pay Rs199 just and things will be done. I reached the hotel at around 6:30 in the morning and to my surprise the person at reception Mr Pandey said that i cannot let you check in early as i dont have any vacant room. He also said that i will not let you check in at actual check in time i.e 12 noon as we dont have rooms and you better shift to some other place. I told him that my booking is confirmed, how can you say that i cannot be given a room here. Again surprisingly he added that you have booked through makemytrip and not oyo so you better shift. I was left with no option, as i had classes scheduled at 8:30, so i called up OYO and finally (after due talks with the reception person) i was shifted to another hotel at east patel nagar. The way Mr Pandey spoke it was hell. At early morning i was left in lurch due to mismanagement at hotel. No apologies can ever make things good. A big NO to this hotel. Rest, the choice is yours folks.

Overall experience was good and good staff support and provide excellent services to the customers.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS I request everyone to stay away from these criminals. I am lodging a police complaint against them. They take your money and then deny providing you the room. At night, around 12 am, I'm stuck on streets with my family, nowhere to go because of scammers like these.

Worst services. Think before visit

I wish I had an option to give a negative review. This is the worst place I've tried from OYO. The photo looks premium but the actual place is disgusting and poorly maintained. These photos were taken years ago and its not the same now. You have switches that gives short circuit in the room. Staff informed later I cannot use those faulty switches. AC stopped working somewhere in the middle of night. Smelly, untidy bathrooms that has no geyser in it. Even the staff did not mop the dirty floor before checking in. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this property. Lost my money here. Very bad experience.

Poorly maintained.... Old fashioned... Black toilet sheet so you can not assure the cleanliness. Food is very expansive for no reason. But yes staff is very gentle.

A decent stay @ Sunshine palace, didn't have a reservation but the staff here did their best to have me accommodate for the whole days stay. Just had few issues with the geyser as it would not work, otherwise a great experience 👍

Stayed in November 2009. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Other people I met there had the same experience. Front desk agent is always on the phone with somebody and it would usually take at least 5 minutes before he'd hang up Said they have no internet,but they advertise that they do. Refused to give me their phone to call for taxi after I refused to take hotel's taxi for 700R(I usually pay 250-300R!!! from Karol Bagh) I asked them to change canadian $$ for R and they gave me 1/3 of normal rate!! Said if I don't like it, I can go and find other place. Found 3 roaches in my room. Saw a mice on the main floor. Their security guard was demanding a tip when I was leaving. DEMANDING!! Room was missing towels, soap and toilet paper was almost gone. Restaurant that they have had the worst food ever. Would never stay again! For that price, you can find a MUCH better hotel

I book the room from 11th june to 14th june through makemytrip website, and as per stated on the website after booking I was not required to call and confirm my room in the hotel, so I didn't. But when I arrived on 12 morning, the receptionist of the hotel sunshine palace very rudely said that they have no rooms left and asked me to cancel my booking on 12th morning.

That was amazing service nd very good staff do visit with the best location
