We went here on a weekend. The last few 100m to this is a bit muddy road. There is a small building and a parking area at the beginning of the trail, as shown in the picture. There is also a 200m tiled path to the river. After that it is just a rocky path to the river. We visited around 5 pm. There were a lot of people visiting the river and a few people bathing as well. We also saw someone washing clothes. Now, the view is pretty great, as shown in the picture. The river is a bit deep in some places. So if you are planning to take a dip, do exercise caution.

A rustic rocky river view with all its surreal scenic qualities . Lieing hidden and untouched in #Erattinpuram. Spanned across a lenght to capture and gives a realistic harmony for her visitors. Impossibly natural with its innate sloppy and clumsy waterfalls. Need to be a bit adventurous and yet courageous to explores it's beauty. Quite worth to spend a decent hour not more than that.

A beautiful location in the course of Neyyar river where it flows gently winding over a stretch of rocky terrain. This rustic site is not known to many and is gradually becoming a touristic spot for many locals to spend some good fun time. Be cautious while venturing in this area during heavy monsoon

We had a wonderful experience at Erattinpuram Rocky River View Point. The river was absolutely stunning and I thoroughly enjoyed spending time there. One thing to note is that the rocks near the river can be quite slippery, so visitors should exercise caution when walking around. However, despite this potential hazard, I found it to be a truly enjoyable experience to take a bath in the flowing waters. Just remember to be careful on the rocks and enjoy the refreshing waters!

Good place to bath...nice road...easy to reach

Those who likes to be close with nature, this is a must try. Visited during monsoon, River was in its wildest form. Amazing place. Less explored place.

Best place to enjoy with friends, we can walk through the Rocks, the view is cool, we can also enter the stream as the flow is smooth. Best to visit in the evening time.

Super vibe place..good for photography...calm and quiet place...aware about unexpected flood happening...now water level is up condition..

Erattinpuram Rocky River offers stunning scenery with a tranquil atmosphere. It's not overly crowded, making it a peaceful retreat. Families are advised to visit in the morning or evening due to the presence of alcoholics. Not easily accessible for older individuals, but ideal for picnics.

Good ambiance Early morning and evening is the best time to visit. A superb natural view and catching scenery attract the nature livers and travel enthusiasist.
