Best store for lot of offers and wide range of products. It is located at a prime location in Vizianagaram. Free parking facility is available in the below ground floor (-1). It is best for monthly grocery purchases as every household item is available at this place and could be easily accessible by road from any part in Vizianagaram . Year long offers are present and extra offers will be available during festive seasons.

**Don't trust reliance offers** Worst experience with the billing staff and supervisors/support staff. I bought an item which has Buy 2 Get 1 free, but they charged for 3 items with the same amount. Fortunately I found it, I raised my concern with the staff they told me that for those items we will charge the original MRP, You will not get any discounted price. In that case what will be the use of those offers. If I take 3 items of the same product I have to pay that much amount only. <<<Don't trust their offers.>>> <<<"Check your bill before paying.">>

The carts here doesn't move. Its better to sell them to metal scrap vendors. Very narrow lanes to use those dysfunctional carts in this mart. There is a section for weighing and barcoding veggies - Here the staff says some veggies don't need a label. The final billing counter staff says they cant bill those veggies without the barcode label - I finally left those unbarcoded veggies at the billing counters (such a waste). There are only 2 to 3 staff for billing almost 20 customers waiting with huge carts. Successfully wasted 45 minutes waiting at these ultra-efficient billing counters. Finally after 4,55,266 minutes , the exit gate showed up. Here comes the final twist, the checker at the exit gate stopped us, took all the veggies out, took some 5 sweet minutes to understand the bill & count the veggies, finally gave us a nod, refused to put those veggies inside the bag, and asked us to leave. Sorry to say this, least form of humanity in the biggest grocery store of Vizianagaram. Obviously, I will rather go somewhere else than getting disrespected here. To the management at this mart, Take some pride in running the business. FYI, you guys are not running a zoo.

Getting crowded due to non availability of baskets.. Only carts are available which are occupying more space. It is not proven that everyperson who visits the store buys ample of products .. some people buy less products too.. for those carts are not required.. please provide baskets... In some counters Cards are not accepting. This is a serious issue to be noted. Please provide Swiping machines at all counters.

Worst place to shop. I would give a zero rating if I can. Worst customer service and rude staff. The store is full of flies and it’s very irritating to even walk through aisles or wait for billing with all the flies on your face. They won’t turn on air conditioning throughout the store. Only the blowers near the billing counters will be on. Most of the billing counters will be always closed and we have to wait for a long time to checkout.

Always prefer this mall for purchasing more number of items. We see all Products availability. Good service.

Edited the original review. Would give 0 stars if possible. Not allowing me to buy Soda more than 4 bottles, were they thinking that I would get out of my house every week during this pandemic to go to their store and purchase?! Other people can snub away 7 or 8 bottles of Sanitizers and Dettol liquids and you've got a problem with me who just wants to buy Soda. Also, no precautions were taken inside, no social distance was being followed and the staff didn't bother with it too. Govt should seal the building off, wouldn't have entered the store if I knew this beforehand. Pathetic. This is a new low for Reliance Smart. Never going to purchase from them. Worst maintenance I have never seen before, vegetables are spoiled brat. Lot's of mosquitoes inside the mart, can't even do shopping peacefully

No change at all,not all products available.billing is too much irritating.some have only cash,some have only online,some have swiping.total confusion.no proper information.no proper parking available.double checking process.fruits and veggies rates are high.but still the crowd persists.don't know how and why?

To Whom It May Concern, For higher authority Better maintenance is much needed, staffs are totally down to their responsibility, no response, rude as they own the mall.

Product pricing is ok. Other facilities are very bad. Customer service is non existent. Long waiting times to get items billed and at security. Executives at billing section won't follow queue for billing and won't allow bagging of items at counter. They will ask to bag outside in sunlight without any facilities. Only one executive will cross check each and every item in bill at the exit causing further delay.

Well known for discounts ,the prices are really good.comfortable shopping experience.daily offers available.

They didn't give the sugar (Rs 9)on purchase of 1500 more .. They said offer is not valid on purchase of cool drinks and biskets

The worst service ever. I purchased a cabin bag brand Skybags last year had issue with accessories jeep which was very small work just replacing jeep which will take 5 mins of their time and I asked the customer representative to repair which I had warranty for 5 years and replayed very rudely and first they said they don’t know how long it will take like 1 week or month or one year and after I spoke with other customer service guy name madhu and service centre guy they are rude and said go speak with customer service online we won’t do you service here and I was very disappointed in reliance smart vizinagaram branch not very customer friendly and rude.

I have ordered vegetables , scrub and vegetables wax strips in that I received wax strips in very bad condition atlest they don't know how to pack the product n Scrubber is not yet received they have gave the pack to Bill but their is no product in that shame on u people

In beginning they used to give cashback now there's on cash back offer for regular customer who purchase above 2000 nor on the festive Eve,they will be given a tough competition by D-Mart opening soon

Worst, the worst and the worst service I have ever had this time with the staff of reliance smart. Even they are not listening my query and said we don't have anything to do. No one even support me that for my requirements. Dear Reliance Smart management next time check this type of things, that you need support to the customer requirements.

You can find all varieties of products at retail price but make sure packaging is proper most of the times they keep puffed and torned ones. Vegetables based on the freshness prices will be. If it is so fresh then the prices will be more else it will be less. Keep a track on what you are buying. All the products are placed based on consumer psychology. Make sure every penny spending wisely

This is best place to buy groceries daily new offers whenever you go there will be offers. Staff is aslo good. Every item will be discount 5% and some items different offers on different products. Whenever you buy the item there will be added points and the points will convert cash. On the receipt you will find cash back earn points.

All things can available and try to visit in festival time having nice offers for fashion cloths ,appliance etc.

Its Reliance, reliable and comfy place to go for groceries and house holds. Not much crowded and no queue to enter into the mall. Cellar parking is available but no one is parking inside and blocking the cellar way. Mall management is also not controlling the parking space. So, it's difficult to find a parking space, for 4 wheelers especially. Well organised and spacious mall. Cash, card and NFC payment are accepted. Edit: cellar parking space is open now. Very much crowded in the evening hours.
