Best hostel I've been to. The place is incredible, comfortable, spacious, super clean, friendly staff, social and what not! Everything here is so well thought: The rooms are spacious and well-lit, beds have curtains for privacy which makes a huge difference. There are huge lockers under the beds, including electricity sockets to charge electronics inside the lockers). A huge, well equipped kitchen and a big, yet cosy living room, together with the super friendly and helpful staff make the place so social. I'd definitely recommend staying here and hope to be back again one day <3

Best hostel in Europe, best hostel I've been to so far. Clean, cheap, cozy atmosphere, staff is friendly and always ready to help or engage you in activities. The kitchen is lovely, privacy and security is guaranteed even in the crowdest rooms

Incredible hostel! The staff are so nice and helpful, the rooms are beautiful and modern and the huge share kitchen and common area is open 24/7 and perfect to sit down over a cup of tea or coffee. The cleaning ladies sometimes bake something in the morning for you to enjoy with your coffee. It feels so homey, and the location is perfect. I would definitely come back and recommend it to any one.

The hostel is one of the best hostel I ever went to. The rooms are spacy, clean and lovely (I slept really good). All the areas are clean and so beautiful. The stuff is super nice and will help you with everything, I get really good recommendations for around the hostel. The common areas are pretty nice and big. I liked the cookingclass in the evening. Also the location is pretty good, everything you need is around. I had a gorgeous stay.

The best hostel ever! They have everyday events(from free cooking classes, free city tours and more.). I was always there for cooking classes and free food :)). I was there for 11 nights and have seen most what they offer. The environment is just so nice, big living room and kitchen. It is homely in some aspects :). The staffs are helpful, they speak good English. Definitely choose this hostel for the best experience of your experiences while in Saint Petersburg!

What can I say ?! I can’t express myself but all I can say I felt cozy and home , supposed to stay 3 days and ended up staying around 2 week The places has cool vibes and nice rooms and beds super clean toilet and huge kitchen to cool you own food and free water as well The team are super helpful and they speak English super good they will help you around a lot The balacony is my favorite part after the kitchen infront of the river and has a super beautiful view Spend hours in there working and chilling and enjoying my time I highly recommend to stay in soup kitchen hostel really you will feel gone and safe

Best hostel I have ever stayed in - spacious rooms, big communal rooms and the staff are just the best! Comes at a good price, there's a good community spirit and when one of my party lost their migration card, they were quick to help. Cannot fault this hostel - stay here!

I travel very often and I have no doubts in saying this was the best hostel I ever stayed. Great location, few minutes walking away from the main attractions. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Decoration was lovely and warm. Bunk bed was very confortable. There were curtains, 2 sockets, a shelf and individual lamp. My bed was on the top and the stairs up were very practical. I was impressed by the amenities in the main toilet (cotton buds, tampons, shampoo and soap left by other guests, and others). There was also a scale, hairdryer, hair straightener,... I used the laundry service and it was very fast and reasonably priced. There was free tea, coffee, oats, rice, pasta, buckweat, etc in the kitchen. Every morning there was apple pie. I stayed 4 nights and there was always something going one (two cooking workshops and on halloween night, pumpking carving and they prepared several dishes with pumpkin). This place was truly amazing. Felt like a home away from home.

I have stayed in many hostels around the world and this hostel is my number 1! The location is great, the staff is amazing, the hostel is so very clean, the beds are really comfortable, bla bla bla. This is what I expect of a "great" hostel. What makes the soul kitchen hostel so amazing and better than great is that it feels like home. And. It. Is.!!! I will recommend this hostel to everyone visiting Sankt Petersburg.

It's really a great hostel with an interesting ineriour decoration. All rooms have a different style, the beds are comfortable and the rooms are very clean. Also the hostel organizes different activities each day and general support is offered whenever needed. The hostel itself is located in a calm, harmless area but close to most of the interesting sightseeing spots. On the other hand, people who wanna party all night long in the hostel may look for a different location as this wouldn't be permitted. Furthermore, it is not the ideal hostel to get in touch with people as there's no bar and so on to meet. Daniel, Switzerland

One of the nicest hostels i've stayed at in the world. Such a warm and inviting atmosphere with extremely friendly staff who are always willing to help. The location is perfect - right in the heart of the beautiful old town of St Petersburg. Facilities are modern and clean - no complaints!

One of the best places i was till now. Place is really big but still quiet. Nice beds and they have everything what you need. Also the staff was really nice with me :)
