The staff is very friendly and the service is good.

I bought a chicken cram decker from Debonairs Volksrust and to my disgust, it was just stuffed with mostly mushrooms that looked like they were burnt and there was hardly any chicken.. I ignored that and bought it the next time and the same thing happened. I'm a lover of pizza, so I decided to now order a small tripple decker without mushrooms.. the onions weren't chopped well, it had chunks of onions as though the onions are just torn off by hand and placed on the pizza. I concluded Im never buying Debonairs pizza in Volksrust. I only buy it when Im in Newcastle. I just hope they'd bring someone from Newcastle to come train them.

Terrible . Placed our order ,they said 15-20 mins order was late . They rushed the order by taking it out before it was done ,pizza was cold and underdone ,tasted horrible .

The pizza I bought is burnt.All the bases are burnt.My R164.90 went to waste.I bought creamy meaty triple decker.I got a burnt lumpy,salty sourcy pizza.please check I have publish photos under photo gallery.I am so disappointed.

I love Debonairs and like to order online. On 28 June 2022 we went to the store. Placed our order. Order 351. Got home and opened the boxes, one pizza was wrong. Drove back to Debonairs, got the right pizza went back home. Just to realize we never got our cooldrinks and I always order extra cream cheese on my triple decker but no extra cream cheese was on my pizzas.

Terrible service from the lady at the till. She has no customer service whatsoever very poor attitude. Should be somewhere at the back not serving customers.

Waiting time close to 75 min. Not ideal for an easy quick meal.

I placed an order at debonairs volksrust today at 12:39 and my order has not been delivered. Such poor service, it's been over 2hours waiting for my order.
