Takes 2 hours (sometimes more) to deliver a burger and chips. When it eventually gets delivered it's cold and unpleasant to eat. This has now happened multiple times and service is thus downright poor.

I was craving ribs. The ribs I got was nothing like I the picture. And quite "fatty" tasting. The chicken and chips were superb.

Bugers are ridiculous, my lettuce piece was the size of the old R1 coin. About 3cm. Hardly any sauce and a dry patty. Want to upload the photo that I took but it does not allow for that.

Very very disappointed. We just received our order trough delivery and the food was literally thrown into the bag with all the sauces running out. This was Exstra sauce which means it was paid for and just spilled.

Not great. You sometimes have to wait up to 20 minutes for your order and a lot of times they get the order wrong and you have to wait again. Steers in my opinion is busy pricing themselves out of the market. You can get the same quality and volume of food at their competitors such as Burger King for almost R50 cheaper per meal.

It takes them 1 hour 40 minutes to deliver 2.2km away.The burger and chips get to yours place cold.The quality of beef patty preparation is compromised.Beef patty is either burned or raw.The quality of sauces is compromise aswell.Sauces are too watery and wets the whole burger.Sauces use to be a bit thick and tasty.Now they are watery as if they were diluted with water.

Disgusting. Ordered double ribs with chips received no chips. Ribs were tough more like cooked meat. 2x Prince burgers with 2 x med chips. Received one chips which is more like small chips. They ripping the public off big time 😡😡😡😡
