Pd for 13 x 3 pieces hozc2 pieces one must check

I work at Supa Quick Volksrust. All of our staff are regular customers of KFC Volksrust. We are currently busy with renovations so we don't have a toilet to use... I go everyday to KFC to use the restroom. Since Yesterday i have heard the counter staff of KFC complaining about me using the restroom. If it's a problem to them they must tell me and not gossip between each other and make a fuss about it. Because of the complaining and fussing between them this morning about me, i won't be supporting KFC volksrust anymore. It's rude and it's not like i use the restroom every hour... I will rate this KFC a FULL 0.

The food is really nice they are always very busy that's why I only use there drive through

Very slow I spent more than 30minutes queuing on drive through...

Their service is very good, cashiers are friendly to the customers and they were fast, their communication towards customers was very good, I remember they were running out of lettuce but they apologized early about that amd its was up to the customer if he/ she buy product twister/ wrapster without lettuce. It's was interesting and convincing.

Second time today getting my order wrong at the drive through in a space of 2 weeks. Really frustrating, wish I had taken pictures.

Pathetic service. When you use the drive through you must always wait 5 minutes in the parking area for your food. Why have the drive through and still have to wait the extra 5 minutes.

Usually it isn't too bad, but this morning they were very slow with everything, from taking the drive through order to giving the food. And it was the driest Twisters we've had in a long time, almost no mayo.

They don't provide food on the trays we had to tear the paper bags in order to dine as a family

Loved it! Quick service provided,more especially since they know that most people are traveling past Volksrust

Service is fast but their chicken taste old, they should monitor their fridge or manage their defrosting as the chicken taste like is been in blood for long before cook

It was during a very bad blackout loadshedding when I was traveling a long distance but I am happy that I still got exactly what I ordered. 💖❤

It's a nice stop, it works as pit stop for north kzn district so when you get there you feel home before you get home

The food was fresh from the stove.. The meat was super fresh and hot and well cooked. I was so impressed. It's sad though they said they didn't have the 6piece special while other KFCs still did.

Hello there I went to the KFC at Volksrust, Mpumalanga today. On the door was written that kfc open at 7:00am and I went there at first 8:30am the second time went at 9:20am but they didn’t serve me and still saying that they open on 10:00 am only. When I asked about the time on the door. They says they don’t work with that time. Not only me, they didn’t serve more than 20 customers saying the same thing.

It can get pretty full because of traveller's coming from gauteng or kzn but it's actually quite quick and can work well under pressure (staff)

Very clean l, but the food does not taste fresh.

The staff could be courteous and stop chatting with each other while the customers are waiting.
