Visit in summer, spring or autumn, when you have a clear view from the top of this mountain on to the plains below. Monte Grappa itself is a massive monument commemorating the many fallen soldiers from Italy as well as Austria during the bloody battles that took place here and across the Alps in the 1910s. Hint for those who play(ed) BF1 - the Monte Grappa map is modelled after the Sass de Stria/Hexenstein area far away from here so dont be surprised that this place seems unfamiliar to you.

Good driving experience up to the peak, take some time to walk around the world war memorial and enjoy the view!

Long ride up here, passing hang-gliders and lots of motorcycles, day trippers, hikers. Make sure to check the weather though, it was Late September and by the time we reached the top it was so foggy you could not see two feet in from of you. Had no idea where the monuments even were. Long climb up the staircase but missed the larger impressive monument below. Very historic place to be though for WWI nostalgia.

Went up on my motorcycle, hiked maybe 5 K's . Magnificent fall day, Dolomites in clear relief, could see from Istria to Adamello.

Lovely place on the mountains. I have reached it walking through a path in the woods. Historical and cultural, to remember who died on those Italian mountains during WWII
