The pool is dirty, and everyone who swims in it talks about it 😂 someone just sits with their legs dangling. There are not enough staff, we waited for beer and cocktails for 20 minutes, then when they brought us drinks, the waiter spilled them on the girls, we waited another 15 minutes and went to get them ourselves, it’s more reliable 😂 by the way about cocktails, martini has the same name 🤦🏻‍♀️ water, but the price is the same as for a bottle of martini. A bunch of “elite” chicks 😂 who smoke hookah and drink one bottle of champagne in anticipation of the men who will fall for them 🙈 one more beautiful than the other. That's all I wanted to say.

Now about the minuses: 1) we booked a table, but when we arrived no one was waiting for us (the waiter was surprised that we came) 2) we were seated at a dirty table covered in cigarette ashes and without napkins (in a businesslike manner, I wiped the table with wet napkins and took it from another - paper) 3) the menu is scant, but even if you take this into account, not all items are available (we waited 20-30 minutes to be told that what my husband ordered was not there! 4) the order took 1 hour - 1.5, despite the fact that there were very few people. The beer was brought in a plastic cup (seriously?!) then when it was empty it flew away! 5) I think that all this disgrace is not worth the price tag that they charge (as in a decent establishment)! 6) The staff is not rude, but not polite, but a good-natured attitude - indifference, complete apathy towards us! And despite this, I left tea, because I understand that we all want to earn money (the principle is to leave tea for any service), but if I don’t like it, then I try not to return to such places again! No service!!!! We will never go to this place of our own accord again! If it were possible to give a minus rating, I would give it!

A wonderful place, I really enjoyed my stay in both the hotel and the bungalow. The staff throughout the complex are simply brilliant and the girls in the cafe are simply angels. I’m from Novorossiysk myself and I’ll be honest, Mega Space will give many of our establishments a head start. In general, I liked everything and will come again and again. The place is really cool.

Prices did not match the quality of the products. 3) The staff does not know their job, the wait for the order was at least an hour and a half I DO NOT RECOMMEND VISITING THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!

Raspberry lemonade resembles potassium permanganate with mineral water. The chicken with mushrooms is disgusting - the canteen makes it tastier. Chicken Caesar - chicken with bones, you can't taste the sauce, super dry salad. In the end, the impression was not very good, the place is cool with cool views, but like a restaurant for one!
