The restaurant is really nice itself with great decorations and fancy vibe. Staff are very friendly. It’s better to have reservations in advanced as you may not able to find a table. The food was very nice. Small portions and a bit over priced. Normally dishes should come with little vegetables or baby potatoes. Here your main dish will not have any of them and you should order everything as a side. I had chicken Kyiv, the taste was nice. For desert, we had the golden chocolate ball. It was well presented and taste good, but again over priced. It was nothing inside than few hazel nuts. Find a parking can be very tricky.

Great experience in this wonderful restaurant. Exceptional vibe in a retro decorated venue. All the dishes were very well made. Big choice of cocktails and champagne. Press button champagne is a very nice touch, but use it responsibly, or you’ll end up like me pressing it 6-7 times at least :D Leave a space for the dessert.. the signature chocolate one is something you really have to experience! Waiters are amazing, they really make you feel welcome and their professionalism is second to no one! Definitely will return for new champagne and food experiences! Well done Bob Bob Ricard

It lives up to its name. This was a last minute decision to visit for my 5th anniversary with my partner. We searched "most romantic restaurants in London" and Bob Bob Ricard continuously topped each list so we decided to give it a shot. The only critiques that we could see from reviews was just a heads up about the price. They weren't wrong, it is pretty pricey, but the service was really great. Our waiter, Cristiano was very friendly and whenever we had finished our plate or drink, the waiters were quick to take our plate or refill our drink. We stayed in the blue room per recommendations in the reviews and I'm happy about our decision. The red room is beautiful and you should check it out, but it's much louder than the blue room. Overall, I'd be happy to return, the chicken and champagne pie was a hit with the both of us, along with the truffle chips. Thanks for a great time :)

Lovely experience. The restaurant has been decorated beautifully and the staff were helpful. The food was delicious - the dumplings and the dessert on fire being my favourites! A button for champagne was also a great novelty. This is definitely a treat, given the pricing but worth it for special occasions!

I booked this location for a private team lunch experience. The atmosphere is very lush and fancy looking. Food was nice although definitely on the more expensive side for the sizing of the portions. The biggest disappointment would have to be the service we experienced from the waiter assigned to us. He just looked so miserable every time we asked him for something and it was as if he just wanted us to have our meals and be gone asap, it made us feel a bit less festive. We ordered bottles of champagne but glasses weren't filled and because we were waiting for people it felt like he was annoyed that we didn't order as soon as we sat down. For a private dining experience I did really expect better service experience. I did have a word with the management about the situation and after that the other staff were way more friendly and accommodating. By the end of it, it was lucky everyone left happy but we did question if we would ever bring our clients here. I'm unsure if I would book this place again for a private dining experience. For the amount of money we paid I didn't expect that I would have i be concerned for the level of service received. It was lucky that it was a team lunch rather than something with our clients.

Having had this place on my list for many years, I am delighted to say that it was worth every minute that I waited to try it. Now, I can simply not wait to return! The service was great, the wine selection was amazing and the food was delightful! Would recommend this to anyone looking to find dine at a French restaurant in the heart of London!

Our experience at Bob Bob Richard was truly memorable! The ambiance was cool and romantic, with gold and green decorations accented by hints of pink, setting the perfect mood for our evening. The standout was definitely the Strawberry Peach Bellini – it was divine and I still find myself thinking about it! The creamy texture and perfect combination of strawberry and peach made it an unforgettable drink. As for the savory dishes, they were all delightful and expertly prepared. However, we would recommend skipping the bread and the signature dessert, as they were not particularly special. Nonetheless, we're eager to return and explore more of their dessert offerings next time, as we were too full to indulge further this time around. Overall, Bob Bob Richard is a must-visit for those seeking a romantic ambiance and delicious savory dishes!

As we were celebrating on a Tuesday, the restaurant was a bit empty. Luckily I was offered a tour of the restaurant which I find fabulous. The decor is artsy and breathtaking and really feels like you are in the Orient Express. We really loved the full experience and the food was amazing. They have caviar and oysters with a great wine list plus Vintage armagnac. Once at your table you will for sure get the urge to press the champagne button which I found cool and funny. This is a very nice place for a special occasion or to celebrate a special event since they have huge closed private rooms. Thanks again for the great experience. :)

A high-end restaurant ideal for a special occasion. The service was great and the food was delicious with fairly decent portion sizes. Would recommend the beef wellington for 2. The press for champagne button is a nice instagramable novelty. My only warning is that it is quite expensive for what it is.

A delightful dining experience. I thoroughly enjoyed the fresh oysters, deep fried oysters, caviar, salmon tartar and beef wellington before finishing with a soufflé. Each course was better than the last and I only regret that I was unable to try the wine as most of our party were partaking in dry January. I will definitely be heading back and next time I will enjoy the chocolate ice cream as it looks great and I had major food envy.

Where there for a dinner with partners. Good place, with good atmosphere. You will have 2-3 waiters how is serving you, so food and drinks are served fast. Try black caviar it is worth it. Many main dishes are pies, well, it depends if you like pie, I didn’t like them much. Wine selection is good, but you will not see any expensive wine. Try cream brûlée. Downstairs is another floor

A very nice restaurant spread over two floors. The interior design is art decor with a Russian flavour and is quite impressive. They have a large number of tables and booths Each booth has a "Call Button" for calling your waiter. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and very well presented. The menu is European with a Russian Theme. We enjoyed the full range of starters, mains and desserts as well as a bottle of Laurent Perrier Rose Champagne. The call button is very handy when you require a refill. The Beef Wellington is definitely recommended. Our waiter was Bernardo who did an excellent job as he was friendly, efficient, attentive and had a good sense of humour. He made our visit a very pleasant and enjoyable one. Certainly a place to visit for a special occasion or to treat friends and family. We shall definitely be visiting again very soon.

Bob Bob Ricard is like nothing else I have ever experienced. It is opulent and decedent to the extreme. The ambience is perfect, the service is par excellence. And the food.. heavenly. You will pay a premium for the experience, but in my opinion it is worth every penny. And the "push for champagne" button? Pressed way to much on our visit..😁

Delicious chicken pie but overpriced for what it was. Beautiful venue and nice for a special occasion. I wouldn’t return as you can get a better meal for this price in London with much more variety in the menu. I also tried the chicken Kiev and it was below average with no sides. Again very overpriced for the quality and what it actually was. The biggest letdown was the dessert, we ordered the chocolate fondant which was simply a white chocolate dome with hot chocolate sauce opening it to a tiny bit of mousse and hazelnuts. Nothing exciting for all the drama going into opening this! Could have added something a little more exciting and indulging inside it to make it worthwhile.

Gorgeous decor and great customer service. I'd recommend coming here for oysters and drinks but I'm not too sure about really dining here. The menu wasn't as expensive as we anticipated but nothing on the menu sounded really appealing . They've overcomplicated some classics here so I'd stick to the oysters- which were divine btw ! And served at the perfect temperature and not on ice which we loved. You could really taste them ! X Bellini was a little bit too frothy for my personal taste, my friend had champagne and gave it a 10/10. Truffle chips were also incredibly moreish.

The restaurant offered an exceptional dining experience in every aspect. From the moment you step in, the ambiance exudes class, creating an inviting atmosphere that sets the stage for an elevated culinary journey. I strongly advise making a reservation to fully immerse yourself in the fine dining experience that this establishment has to offer. During my visit, I opted for the sea bream, and I was delighted to find that it was prepared with exquisite precision, showcasing the chef's mastery in the art of cooking. Equally impressive was my wife's choice of the Chateaubriand, which met and exceeded her expectations. The crowning glory of our meal was the dessert—a delightful creation that not only satisfied the sweet tooth but left a lasting impression. As evident from the culinary craftsmanship, it's clear that the chef pays meticulous attention to detail. My overall experience was so memorable that I eagerly anticipate returning for future visits. This restaurant has truly mastered the essence of fine dining, making it a must-try for anyone seeking an upscale culinary adventure.

Expensive but excellent quality food, service and setting. A lovely evening meal to make you feel like you’re in the great Gatsby. If you prepared to spend over £100 per person then you’ll enjoy your evening without worrying about the cost. The cocktails are sublime especially with the champagne foam, and the champagne is perfectly chilled. A main each, side to share, and a dessert each was a good quantity of food for the evening.

Delicious food and sophisticated decor. The starter was tasty - ravioli filled with lobster and scallops. I’ve always wanted to try beef Wellington. I was not disappointed. The pastry melted in my mouth and the beef was good just wished it was cooked more. It's served medium rare.

Lovely service, the food was epic. On the pricey side but don't mind paying more for the quality a couple of times a year when there's something to celebrate. The atmosphere was very nice and I wanted to come here because of the 20s style theme. As a vegetarian I had the Russian dumplings, Mac and cheese and the souffle for desert. The wine selection was great, we went for the cheaper end and was perfect with our food. My friends got the beef wellington which I hear is the best, I didn't try it but have added photos.

I already had high expectations entering the restaurant, but in the end it was an even better experience than I could have anticipated! Wonderful, courteous and friendly service. All the dishes were absolutely delicious and impeccably made. I’ll definitely be returning. Champagne button is a lot of fun, but also a little dangerous! 😉 Enjoy!

(Translated by Google) Food, drinks and service are expected to be very decent, but what really makes a visit to the 'BBR' in the heart of Soho a (loud) cult experience is of course the location itself with the glistening, glamorous interior! Here the champagne still flows freely. Amazing food and amazing drinks - highly highly recommend this place for a date or for girls night as it completely lives up to the expectations. Noteworthy dishes for us were the truffle potato mash, the lobster Mac and cheese and the vareniki, although all the dishes were delicious. Their desserts are fantastic and decadent as well. Big fan all around! Went back for dinner and it was just as exceptional. Highly recommend the salmon main and the fish pie - both sublime and just delicious. Staff is pretty strict about social distancing so good to keep in mind before booking for large groups!

A very fun place for a special occasion. The "press for champagne" button works as advertised! Excellent, attentive service. Quiet, classy atmosphere. The food was also very good, although our options were limited as one of us has a prawn allergy. Can't wait to go back and press the button again!

Absolutely top-notch service! Opted for the beef wellington, and it exceeded expectations – cooked to perfection. The staff was attentive and courteous. However, the bread we ordered arrived warm but too hard to enjoy. Additionally, the wellington sauce was extremely salty; we chose not to use it.

Service / staff: Front staff were marvellous! First waiter, he was also very pleasant & delightful. Then, however, the waiter changed, and this waitress approached me and my partner. We were aware the kitchen was closing as the previous waiter had told us and took our drinks & starter order! This waitress spoke to us very impatiently, you could tell with her expressions that she was just displeased. She wanted us to order mains straight away, I simply asked if we could have 3 minutes as we were going through the menu and asked her if she could add 3 extra oysters. She then snapped and responded, "I will have to check with the kitchen!" 1 minute didn't go past, she came back asking again what we wanted. At this point, my partner respectfully declined to have dinner there, as she couldn't simply speak with respect. She didn't even let us know about the extra starters we ordered. You could tell with my expression that I was not pleased, and she couldn't care less as she left in a fit of pique! I didn't let it affect me as I didn't want it to ruin my night! Food: Salmon 4.5/5 Oysters 5/5 Atmosphere: Was honestly lovely. Sat in a booth area, which was lovely. It was extremely clean and smelt nice as soon as you walked in.

Bob Bob Ricard is probably one of the best gourmet restaurants in London. Whilst it's still an expensive and posh place, it's very cozy and the atmosphere is very warm and welcoming, nothing like other similar places in Mayfair and central London. I am not a huge fan of this type of restaurant normally but this one surprised me positively! The food is excellent, everything we've had, from the starters to dessert was top notch and the portion sizes were decent for this type of restaurant. The staff very very courteous and friendly and even though it was a Saturday they didn't rush us out when we finished our meal and paid. I will definitely go back and highly recommend the place. It's perfect for any occasion, whether you are a bigger group or on a date - it's ideal. There is also a funky seating area downstairs.

Amazing food and even better service! While it is quite expensive, a meal here is worth every penny. The steak tartare is the best I've had outside of Paris. We never used their "Push for Champagne" button because our server was exceptionally attentive and available, while never hovering.

We stopped in for an impromptu Oysters and Cocktail. Visit BBR for my birthday with my partner, and right from the beginning the staff were incredibly rude. Once seated they hounded us for an order. The order was placed they brought us our drinks and a basket of cold bread with butter and forgot all about us. 30 minutes in a waiter then served us someone elses food and another waiter came along to take the food away. Almost hour later we asked about our food and the waiter said that "we only ordered 20 minutes ago, the food was going to be 5/10 minutes more". 20 minutes later I went to ask for the manager, requesting what is happening with our food, which he replied "that the is a problem with the drainage and it's causing a delay". What drainage has to do with cooking and serving food I do not know? 10 minutes after speaking with the manager parts of our order arrived, which we then waited another 10 minutes to see if the remained of the order would arrive, which it didn't. Then we decide to confront them, and they clearly shown no compassion and did not care wether we ate there or not so we decided to leave and the manager rudely asked us to pay for the drinks, when we had being patiencly waited for close to 1 hour and 40 minutes. The customer service and drinks were horrendous, not doubt the food reflects the services. Remember manners and respect cost nothing. These guys need to humble themselves. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Worst dining experience I have never had such a terrible dining experience… We have been sitting in the lower floor “basement” which looks like a club. The waiter (Italian guy) who served us initially seemed nice and took our order, however, when I started eating my souffle I found a piece of HARD SHARP PLASTIC in my mouth!!!! This is against any Health & Safety regulations, truly ridiculous! Above all, when showed to the waiter the physical contamination he lightly said “THIS THINGS HAPPENED IN THE KITCHEN?!” We couldn't eat or drink anything else in the restaurant as we lost immediately the trust. It is not a fine dining restaurant and I would never advised to my worst enemy to dine there! Do not kill people just close. We left hungry, under shock and in distress. We trusted more the Burger King across the road! Save your money and your health!

Great atmosphere and service with attention to small details. The highlight was the beef wellington, which was delicious, and the Chateaux d'Yquem, which is served by glass. The other dishes were tasty but not too special. The champagne button is a cute attraction. Although the restaurant is pricey, overall recommended for an occasion.

Style and Character: The restaurant exudes a metropolitan ambiance with its chic style. It's the kind of place that instantly makes you ready to enjoy a pleasant evening in Soho. Food and Drinks: I recommend the beef Wellington for two. It was prepared to perfection, and the flavors were exquisite. The wine list, though not extensive, offers a manageable selection, and you're sure to find a suitable wine to complement your meal. Summary: This restaurant is a fantastic choice if you're looking for a delightful dining experience in a chic metropolitan setting. From the mouthwatering beef Wellington to the inviting ambiance, it's a place where you can savor a good meal and create wonderful memories

Bob Bob Ricard launched their unforgettable Waffle & Bellini hour today. Indulge in Artic Cloudberries, Truffle infused maple syrup and refreshing Bellinis. Stunning restaurant with the most incredible food and exceptional service. Everything has been thought of and you leave this place delighted with every aspect. They know how to make you feel like a VIP and having every table as a private booth makes it wonderfully romantic. For such a high end restaurant the prices are very reasonable, especially for champagne, and I'd throughly recommend their 'favourite dishes' suggested on the menu.

NB - Went for brunch not dinner. Swanky place, very cool decor, ornate and opulent. Very Russian and grand. A restaurant for the Instagrammer! Food was good, waffles were the order of the day. The mixed berry one was a slight letdown as only had one type of berry on it. If you want to go but the price puts you off, recommend going for the weekend brunch. They were very generous is giving a cake out for a birthday celebration.

Went there for Birthday lunch and was greeted warmly and seated. The atmosphere was lively but subtle. The table and seating area was clean and a spray sanitiser on the table for use. We placed our orders for drinks and meal. Everything came promptly and we could not have been treated better. We enjoyed our meal and they remembered that we were there for a birthday celebration and brought a candle lit cake to the table. From starter to coffee I could not have asked for a better day out or service 10 out of 10!

Expensive and pretentious (Vodka shots and oysters to start are apparently de rigueur). Everything is blue for some reason and there are virtually no tables just for two persons. They also try to sell as much Champagne as possible.....I will not return, this place just does not strike me as so good to pay these rather high prices.

Excellent place. Great food. Friendly staff. A high end restaurant. Quite expensive but still good value as the whole dining experience is very special. Thoroughly recommended. The best chicken Kiev I have ever tasted.

I found this restaurant while searching for a special place to celebrate my engagement. I thought to myself while booking, this will be perfect. I made my reservations and specifically stated in my reservation that I was celebrating an engagement. When I arrived at the resturant I was seated. About ten minutes into sitting the hostess came up to my fiance and I and asked me for my "name one more time" as If I was not suppose to be there. We proceeded to put our food order in thinking to ourselves someone will congratulate us soon. Our food and drinks came and still not one word from the staff. I was not looking for complentary drinks or anything rather a simple congratulations and a feeling that I picked the right place to celebrate this special occasion. Towards the end of the meal it was very evident that this resturant could care less about what we were celebrating. For the first time in my life of dinning I made a complaint. Once the assistance manager found out about my disappointing experience he tried to correct the situation. He was a very nice gentleman and truly was sorry but at this point it was to late. The night had been spoiled.

All booths. Well, mostly booths, which I love. That's not even the best part. The decor creates an electric-blue atmosphere. The stars of the show were the cheese soufflé, the tartare and of course Press for champagne. The Vin de Constance (The same sweet wine that Napoleon has shipped to St Helena) was distinctive.

I came for their waffle hour, and the truffle waffle was surprisingly delicious. I love truffle, but wasn't sure how it would taste with something that's typically sweet. I was concerned for no reason. It went together beautifully. The waffle itself was really good too. Oh and you should absolutely get their signature dessert if you have a sweet tooth. It was divine. I can't wait to go back and try the rest of their menu.

Visited here for a special celebration just before the lockdown, the both seating makes it feel private and also distanced from other guests which is fantasric. Loved the atmosphere and the service was impeccable! Will be back again once we are off this lockdown, affordable prices and very good portions of delicious dishes with flavour that packs a punch! If you love the flavourtruffle this is the place, also the cocktails where delicious.

So difficult getting a table here but me and my friends managed that for my 20th birthday! Had a blast, couldn’t be happier with the food and service provided. An absolute full stars recommendation to Bob Bob Ricard!

Could not recommend this place high enough! Amazing experience from start to finish the staff are so friendly. Not a cheap place to eat but the food is out of this world so for me it’s justified.

One eve of my birthday, which is also my wedding anniversary day visited the place to make it even more special. Vibes of this place are soooo amazing and the Christmas decor made it even more joyous😇 Hospitality : on point. Service : The bestestttt! Food : Yummmiest Cocktails : Tooooo good I being a vegetarian had Truffle, potato and Vareniki which was delicious and my other half had Lobster macaroni cheese, which he also loved it. We tried two amazing cocktails - Strawberry and peach Bellini Royale and French 75. And the little surprise with the sparkle made it exceptional🥰🥰🥰🥰

It was lovely! A restaurant we wanted to visit for a while, and we felt lucky we managed to find a table the day the second lockdown was announced. Excellent service, everyone was friendly, it exceeded expectations. We also very much enjoyed the food, but we just thought it wasn't as great as we expected.

Came here about two years ago when I had my first beef wellington! It was absolutely divine! Loved the starter steak tartare and the dessert soufflé. One of the best British fine dining restaurant with top quality food! Would come back again in near future for some celebration.
