We stayed here in October 2018 and were both very impressed. The room was large, well appointed, spotless, and very reasonably priced. A nice breakfast was included, with more available. The desk staff was nice and at least some spoke English, which prevented me from embarrassing myself with my limited Russian, or depending on help from my Russian friend. It's not real close to the battlefield memorials, but it only takes a short bus or taxi ride to get there. I will definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful time at the Hampton Volgograd Profsoyuznaya. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Even on my late arrival, they informed me, that the bar is still open and serves hot food. The food is tasty and well presented. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. A proper sized working table with an ergonomic chair makes the work more easy and comfortable. Otherwise there is a high table with electrical plugs in the lobby or a board table in the business center. I liked to sit in the Lobby, it is decorated with love and with details. This gives several great Selfie Spot opportunities.

Excellent hotel, fantastic staff. The breakfast is wonderful and the coffee is excellent! The rooms are super clean and the beds are very comfy. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended. Rooms are really spacious and has good facilities. The staff was very helpful and makes sure you are comfortable. Breakfast spread is extensive and the 24x7 cafe had good food choices and reasonable rates.

Rooms were very spacious and the staff at the reception tried very hard to get is checked in with the least delay.. but though we had informed in advance and even pd about 1 hr before the service for dinner especially the main course took way too long about 100 mins since order was made and pd.. please improve on that and be ready to cater for bigger crowd as well..

Very nice hotel. No frills, but everything is well thought out and of high quality. Breakfast is solid, but nothing special. Very good, modern conference facilities.

Clean and well maintained and well equiped rooms in city center and friendly staff. Breakfast sometimes a bit too busy, but all in all a great value for money!

Locatie is out of the direct city centre. But still located within a few minutes travel. Rooms are very neat and nice. Prices are good. Around a good experience.

The hotel looks great and clean, but they failed to honor my reservation and I've not yet received an explanation of why. Hence 2 stars...
