5/5 Cat B. 4 years ago on Google
Really
nice
place
for
the
whole
family.
Its
a
miniture
zoo
with
lots
of
smaller
animals
amoung
which
alpacas,
chickens,
racoons,
meercats,
turtles,
exotic
fish,
exotic
birds,
giant
rabbits,
owls,
purcupines
and
more.
You
can
buy
food
to
feed
the
animals
which
I
recommend
as
it
makes
it
a
bit
more
interactive.
There
is
a
lot
of
information
about
the
animals
and
where
they
come
from.
All
animals
also
have
cute
and
funny
names.
The
ambience
is
really
cool.
Its
all
set
up
as
a
jungle
and
savanna
etc
depending
on
where
you
are
in
the
zoo.
There
are
many
tropical
plants
too
and
everything
is
labeled
so
you
can
learn
about
them.
They
even
have
giant
lilipads
and
a
huge
aloe
vera
plant
(bigger
than
me).
There
is
also
a
cafe
inside
and
outside
with
play
areas
for
children.
There
is
an
assortment
of
cakes
and
sandwiches
available
in
the
cafe
as
well
as
ice
cream,
coffee,
tea
and
hot
chocolate.
The
entry
fee
is
€6
which
includes
a
donation
to
the
zoo.
I
recommend
this
option
as
its
a
contribution
to
expand
the
place
and
support
the
animals
which
has
happened
greatly
over
the
past
few
years.
Every
time
I
visit
there
is
something
new
to
see
and
experience.
Almere
Jungle
is
run
by
lots
of
people
with
disabilities
and
their
coaches
which
I
think
is
great
as
it
gives
these
people
work
oppertunities
and
they
can
be
creative.
Ive
heard
many
good
things
about
it.
Should
you
be
interested
in
dagbesteding
(children
and
adults)
you
can
contact
them
(see
photos).
Its
located
at
Landgoed
de
Kemphaan
which
in
itself
is
a
amazing
day
out
trip
if
you
are
a
lover
of
nature,
animals,
hiking
and
strolling.
