I
have
10
calls
to
the
shop.
The
two
times
I
have
actually
got
hold
of
them,
they
have
said
they
will
call
back
without
doing
so.
They
are
impossible
to
get
hold
of,
and
should
consider
hiring
someone
to
take
care
of
booking
appointments
as
they
clearly
cannot
do
it
themselves.
The
homepage
is
messy,
where
the
treatments
are
in
one
place,
and
the
price
lists
in
another.
It
also
does
not
say
how
long
the
various
treatments
last,
or
that
many
of
the
treatments
CANNOT
be
used
on
Saturdays.
I
was
told
to
book
an
appointment
via
message,
but
never
got
confirmation
of
this,
so
I
don't
actually
know
if
I
have
the
appointment
or
not.
I
then
sent
a
new
order
via
SMS,
and
wrote
that
I
had
to
get
confirmation
yes/no,
but
I
never
got
that
either.
I
have
told
them
that
I
am
unhappy
with
this,
and
did
not
get
a
never-so-small
"sorry"
once.
If
I
didn't
have
a
gift
card
there,
I
would
NEVER
have
wasted
my
time
booking
an
appointment
there......
When
I
finally
got
an
appointment
there,
all
the
staff
wore
high-heeled
shoes,
so
you
didn't
get
much
rest.
The
towel
in
the
toilet
had
huge
holes
in
it
and
the
whole
place
was
just
shabby.
When
I
had
a
massage,
I
was
lying
behind
a
wall
with
a
curtain
drawn
over
it,
so
everything
that
happened
in
the
room
was
with
you.
The
massage
therapist
had
long
nails,
and
scratched
me
a
few
times.
On
top
of
that,
she
forgot
to
take
the
watch
off
her
wrist,
which
wasn't
particularly
comfortable
as
she
pressed
it
on
my
back
before
taking
it
off.
I
recommend
that
you
choose
any
place
other
than
this
one.

was
unprofessional
from
start
to
finish
