Wonderful new hotel in Voss. Unique aesthetic which is unlike anywhere else nearby. I recommend for anyone doing the Norway in a nutshell trip from Oslo to Bergen. Great and unique fine dining food and good wine also.

One of the best "Hotels" I had during my journey all across Norway. The individual cabins are super cozy and an interesting concept. Once you're in, you kinda don't want to leave. And there is so much thought in every detail. But I was also able to take a look at the "regular" rooms inside the main building and they are very nice, as well. So if the cabins are booked out, don't hesitate to book one of the rooms instead. Besides that, the personal was very friendly and the food was amazing. I didn't have the time to fully experience the full potential like using the hot tub or some of the sportive activities. But this place is just a very memorable experience. A really nice mixture of being something special while staying very down to earth.

21 of us had a meal in the restaurant and then used the hot tub and sauna space for the evening. We had a great evening. The food was delicious, the staff were super friendly and the tub and sauna space is set up so well (even for a big group) and right next to the river so you can cool off when you get too hot! Thanks Elva Hotel! Will definitely visit again!

Fantastic new hotel with cozy, modern cabin-style rooms. You enjoy full view to the lake from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The bed is nestled into one of the windows, making it even more unique to wake up to this pristine landscape. And they even have air conditioning! Breakfast was great and we enjoyed friendly, personal service.

My family and I stayed at Elva for 3 nights. We stayed in the loft with mezzanine. It was perfect for us (2 adults and 2 kids). The room was very comfy and cozy. The view was impeccable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Hot tub was very relaxing. The location was perfect 5 mins from Vossenvagen town. All activities were nearby. Breakfast could be improved.

Amazing. Beautiful room/apartment. Small but beautifully formed. Jaw dropping scenes from the bed. Very warm and friendly staff.

What an amazing hotel. We were blown away by our room, the fantastic staff and the stellar food. Can’t recommend highly enough, easily the coolest hotel these world travelers have ever stayed in. Janet, the manager, could not be more engaging and kind. 💕💕💕

It’s a nice cozy hotel ,you can enjoy the spectacular view through the window while you are lining in your bed or sitting on a comfy chair . The cottages are stylish and modern.The staff are very kind .
