Beautiful small road, worth of driving off the main road for. Not feasible with an oversize vehicle. One way only. First drive to the Stalheim hotel and then take the trip down the road.

What a road, no wonder it is a one way road. You can't pass each other on here. We were lucky with an excellent bus driver who brought us down without any problems on this small road, which goes down at some parts at 18%. The views were beautiful

Currently (summer 2021) closed for motor vehicles. Best accessible from the top. Very pleasant to experience as a pedestrian.

It's a nice road with multiple good viewpoints along the way. Worth the extra little drive instead of the tunnel.

Amazing short walk (only by foot these days)

After September 15, the road is closed and you need a solid 6.5km hike to get to the waterfall. After doing the trolltounge a day before, we didn't have the power to do this 😀

It's a must do drive if you're in the area! 13 very steep switch backs

Great view of the valley and fun ride down the switchbacks! Definitely better than taking a tunnel!

👍 Beautiful, easy zip line and obstacle courses overlooking a beautiful, scenic river. Walk around to see several waterfalls. It's the perfect spot for family activity to include little ones. No wifi connection, but bathrooms, picnic tables, coffee tea for purchase available before take off.

👍 Powerful waterfall right off the road. Keep an eye out for the vertical orange flag-like signs that say "Voss Klatrepark" as this is the same parking lot to view the waterfall. Head to the left to find a great viewing bridge. Not as breathtaking as the nearby Tvindefossen but a cool 2 min stop.

👍 Ein schöner Wasserfall, aber leider bekommt man schwer einen schönen Blick darauf. Aufgrund der hohen Distanz bekommt man nicht so das schöne Gefühl von diesem Naturereignis.
