There is a stop nearby, shops inside and within walking distance, if you wish you can find a job here.

The condition of the premises is quite poor, broken railings on the stairs, shabby walls, lack of a tap with cold drinking water, the rooms are in better condition but it will be cool in cold weather. Although the price is not too bad, you can find the best for that kind of money. A big plus, until I discovered the red ones I lived (I didn’t see cockroaches, although I didn’t cook in the kitchen yet)

There is too much variation in prices from prepayment to daily rent.

The rooms are cold and there are not enough curtains. So for now it's 4. Everything else is fine. Room 18.
