The front desk lady is either racist or does not speak English properly. She will ask million times to understand a simple order “bottle opener” or “bath robe”. I have never seen this kind of low level front desk people in 5 star hotel in any other cities.

I want to share a serious concern from my recent stay 21/12/2023 to 27/12/2023. Sadly, my Gucci scarf stolen from my bag during room cleaning by one of the staff member. This is distressing, and I hope there can be a prompt investigation into the matter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never coming back to this hotel.

The facility was not bad. But if you want to waste your money and time, please reserve the breakfast. And please do not make any complaint about breakfast because the hotel would give you this ridiculous toast(that totally different from what you wanted) to your room instead of the french toast in the official menu.

Very beautiful hotel, professional and friendly staff I would thanks everyone who is working at this hotel especially Mr. Ahmed and the manager who helped to upgrade my reservation. Price was reasonable.

The experience was nice. Clean facilities 🙌 . The cleaning ladies work hard tip them generously. However only 4 stars because of a poor situation that occurred while we were there.

A well deserving 5 stars for this 5-star hotel. Rooms are clean and tidy, spacious and service staff are friendly. They may be a not slow but tthat's how it is in most parts of Russia. Breakfast is standard but quality is good.

I stayed here twice. They upgraded my room for free on both occasions. The service is fantastic and the location is great (close to metro/bus and other forms of public transport). The views from the rooms are phenomenal. Highly recommended for anyone staying in Moscow.

Nice new hotel. Bed was comfortable. Pillow was a littel soft, not so ideal for someone like me who like firm pillow. The bathroom has heated marble floor, very thoughtful. The air condition can adjust the temperature unlike some hotel in winter the temperature can not be brought down thus create a warm stuffy room. There were usb charge next to the bed & the desk. Wellcome Cookies & water at the lobby. Very thoughtful hotel.

The hotel is new and very beautiful, I enjoyed very much the decoration of the first floor, the corridors, the room... The standard room is quiet and comfortable, a mini-bar and bathrobe are also available in every room. This room opens out onto a large window(s), perfect for enjoying stunning views over the rooftops of Moscow from the 22 floor. All the staff I met were efficient, helpful and very friendly. 👌Every day there are little attentions at the reception like homemade cookies or juices. Это идеально!

Wow!!! Amazing friendly, helpful and kind staff/employees. They are the best! Especially Alexander for all the kindness tips and advice hey give us. And Rafael at the desk also. Actually everybody on the bar/restaurant floor are very kind and friendly. The hotel itself is very beautiful and clean, we felt very comfortable here during the stay in this hotel. And excellent view over Moscow from the rooms. Thank you so much!

Good property with excellent views Stayed in a premium room at 21st floor

Good value for the brand and location. Upsetting is the breakfast as it has gone down in quality. They used to have caviar (red) and more than 4 types of cheese. Now only 2 cheese, no caviar. No red fish. Kind of upsetting for the quality and price of hotel. Also lack of pool really sets this hotel apart. The staff is lovely but sometimes slow. Took 2 hours for ice to get the the room.
