Excellent
hotel!
Might
be
the
best
in
Moscow
due
to
its
perfect
view
over
the
Kremlin,
its
medieval
atmosphere
and
its
staff
who
is
absolutely
friendly
and
courteous.
Can’t
wait
to
come
back.
As
I’m
a
huge
fan
of
Russian
culture
and
Literature,
Balchug
Kempinskiy
DID
really
demonstrate
to
me
the
atmosphere
of
Chekhov
or
Tolstoy’s
time.
I
felt
myself
like
a
nobleman
served
by
the
most
friendly
staff
ever.
The
room
is
really
spacious
and
the
bed
is
incredibly
comfortable,
the
view
is
amazing,
the
spa
area
is
worth
visiting
(in
case
you
have
some
hours
to
spare
as
you
just
don’t
want
to
leave
from
there),
breakfasts
were
so
diverse
and
tasty
that
I
couldn’t
resist
their
croissants
and
freshly
made
coffee
(which
is
rare
in
many
hotels
across
the
world).
Of
course
I
should
thank
the
staff
in
particular,
I
couldn’t
find
any
disadvantages
with
the
housekeeping
service
as
my
room
was
cleaned
daily
and
i
could
see
that
they
did
their
job
pretty
well.
The
Front
Office
were
really
smiley
people
ready
to
help,
I
needed
to
book
a
play
at
the
theatre,
they
agreed
to
help
me,
that
blond
girl
at
the
reception
desk
is
stuck
deep
in
my
heart
(I
guess
her
name
is
Maria),
also
I
was
given
the
room
that
followed
all
my
requests.
Definitely
worth
visiting!!!
