Everything
is
just
disgusting!!!
We
wanted
to
go
with
the
whole
family
to
this
bowling
alley
in
the
Zig-Zag
shopping
center.
We
booked
the
trek
through
the
website,
paid,
but
in
the
end,
a
few
days
later,
due
to
personal
circumstances,
the
trip
had
to
be
cancelled.
Naturally,
the
question
arose
about
the
return
of
funds.
We
called
the
bowling
alley
itself
and
asked
if
it
was
possible
to
return
the
money,
because
today
was
Friday,
and
we
were
booked
for
Saturday.
To
this,
the
girl
answered
us
that,
unfortunately,
a
refund
is
not
possible,
because
you
need
to
come
and
write
a
statement
no
later
than
24
hours
before
the
start
time
of
the
session,
and
it
was
already
Friday
evening
and
we
couldn’t
meet
the
24
hours
deadline.
As
a
result,
something
pulled
me
to
read
the
contract,
which
I
agree
to
by
checking
the
box
when
paying
for
the
bowling
alley.
It
clearly
states
that
the
customer
has
the
right
to
cancel
the
contract
no
later
than
8
hours
before
the
start
of
the
time
for
which
the
reservation
was
made.
I
went
to
the
bowling
alley
itself,
talked
to
the
administrator,
wrote
an
application
(the
time
was
much
more
than
8
hours
before
the
start),
attached
a
copy
of
my
passport
and
gave
it
personally
to
the
administrator,
who
assured
me
that
everything
would
be
sent
to
the
right
department
and
the
notification
would
be
sent
to
me
mail
and
that
the
review
period
will
be
4-5
business
days.
I
went
home
with
a
calm
soul.
Result:
nothing
arrived
in
the
mail,
almost
a
month
has
passed
and
no
one
has
returned
the
money!!!
When
I
call,
they
constantly
promise
me
that
everything
will
happen,
but
in
the
end
there
is
nothing.
I
do
not
recommend
this
organization,
which
cannot
comply
with
basic
rules
and
take
into
account
consumer
rights!
And
I
will
return
the
money,
even
if
I
need
to
go
to
court!
