Worth visiting when in Moscow. The tallest building in Europe. You can actually see all Moscow from a height of 340 m. It also has some glass pieces of floor, where you can step on (if you dare!) and take some nice photos! The ticket is quite expensive, but I think it's worth giving the money to enjoy it once. There are some really strict security measures, so don't forget to have your passports with you.

A tour to the top is worth taking. It costs about 1200 ₽ but there is also a student discount. There is an interesting interactive gallery inside. A lift to the top is every few minutes. Time you spend on the top is not limited. There is also a cafe and a restaurant on the viewpoint. Viewpoint itself has two levels - one internal and one external on the fresh air. There is a glass floor with breathtaking perspective. The view is magnificent. Don’t forget your passport otherwise you won’t be allowed to enter

(Translated by Google) The Morozov mansion is part of an 18th-century manor. At different times, the estate belonged to different owners, the founder of the Tretyakov Gallery Pavel Tretyakov, Timiryazev, Chaliapin, Levitan, Chekhov, Serov, Vasnetsov brothers visited here. The building of the mansion housed the Kokorevskaya art gallery and the Tivoli restaurant. In 1918, the mansion became a place of confrontation between the Left Social Revolutionaries and the Bolsheviks. Since the 1920s, the mansion has housed kindergarten No. 304, in which the film "The Mustached Nanny" was filmed. Today, the South Ural Industrial Company is located here. Needless to say, after all this, most of the luxurious interiors, the cast-iron terrace of the park facade and the Morozovsky garden were lost. Moreover, the new owner built a high fence and closed access to the garden under the pretext of reconstruction. Fortunately, in 2011, authorities opened access to the park during the daytime (the owners still close it at night). Of course, the park has been greatly changed, but still it is beautiful. Relic trees, a lot of greenery and flowers have been preserved, although only the lower garden terrace is available for a visit. In the back of the courtyard you can find a memorial plaque on the spot where Morozov’s workshop was previously located, which was redone from the greenhouse. Of course, you cannot get inside the mansion, but it's worth a glimpse into the garden.

AMAZING unforgettable open air museum which has many history filled with prototypes of Soviet aerospace industry: helicopters, supersonic planes, fighter planes, cargo and passengers and stratosphere balloon. There is usually a parade in May from the Kremlin which ends here and plenty of free food for veterans living in the area. Definitely worth visiting!

(Translated by Google) The construction of the tower was carried out in 1960-1967. The grand opening was timed to coincide with the 50th anniversary of the October Revolution. From that time on, television broadcasts began. At the time of completion of construction, it was the tallest structure in the world. Now the tower is the 14th highest. On August 27, 2000, a fire broke out at a height of 400 meters, which was extinguished for more than a day. The tower was seriously damaged, but its construction allowed the resumption of television broadcasting on several channels from the beginning of September 2000. The famous observation deck at an altitude of 340 m reopened in 2011, and the high-rise restaurant only in 2016.

I think everyone already wrote that its an amazing place, I would like to agree but add some specifications: You can not enter without your passport, and the entrance procedure is airport like. You need like 15 to 30 minutes to do it. Once you're up there you forget everything, whole Moscow looks like an urban model. Its crazy. Moreover, the coffee shop is very cheap and you have a panoramic continuous 360 view, for the platform rotates, to make the best out of the experience. I personally advise two to three hours of time from the arrival to the tower in order to really enjoy it.

The Ostankino TV Tower in Moscow is an iconic structure, standing as one of the tallest freestanding towers in the world. Offering panoramic views of the city, it's a popular attraction. The observation deck provides a breathtaking experience, showcasing Moscow's skyline and surrounding landscapes. The tower's architectural significance and role in broadcasting contribute to its status as a must-visit landmark.

Goes without saying that from +300 meter high you have a great view, but this view from Moscow is amazing! There are no obstructions on this level which gives you a clear view over the city. You can count all seven sisters from Stalin, see the Kremlin and the huge Forrest. Best to get tickets upfront and take notice of the safety procedures which are tight.

Good display of Soviet and Russian aircraft. But, if you've been to a similar display near Krakow in Poland, then you don't really need to see this. Some of the descriptions are in English, but most are in Russian.

It's a very beautiful place as seen on photos. If you want to visit it its better to check prices before as it can be a little bit expensive for some. Usually on a working day in the morning prices are lower. Also be prepared for a strict control here, they will revise you more than in airport so it's better not to carry a lot of things. On top of the tower you can visit a restaurant or a cafe. The time you spend on top is unlimited.

It's one of those places you have to visit. The view from the top is wonderful, especially at sunset. There is also a part of glass floor for a minimum of thrill. It's very scratchy so it doesn't give you the feeling of beig over almost 400mt of void. Going in is difficult, prepare your passport and prepare to be checked multiple times. The ticket is somewhat expensive, but all in all I feel like suggesting the visit

  • 3/5 Yuri S. 3 years ago on Google

(Translated by Google) Awesome museum. It's incredibly interesting to see the history of aviation live! I was a little disappointed that you cannot approach the street exhibits. Of course, the kids really wanted to touch the planes and look inside. Take your sandwiches with you and go. It will be doubly interesting if at least a little familiar with the history of aviation before visiting the museum. Then you will look at the legends of the aviation industry with great attention and interest. For example, the tragic story of the Su-100 or T4 aircraft. And he is represented there. In general, be sure to visit, the more they say that soon the museum may be removed. Enjoy watching everyone !!!

Weird surrounding area if getting there by walking but worth the view. Heavy security and armed entrance makes it daunting to get into but understandable... 1000 rubles to get to the top. Glass floor for those brave enough! The first floor is all in Russian no translations just a heads up! The bakery at the top has a few items at a $$$ price but worth a bite and sip for the view! Didn't make it into the restaurant but I'm sure it's spectacular! You can also go one floor higher and get the cold outdoor experience with better shots of the city Aka no window glare. The cafe area does slowly rotate which was cool as well. There is a Baskin Robin's outside charging 120 per scoop of ice cream.

This is an interesting place to visit. Lots of panoramic views to behold. I suggest going while the sunset is happening. Just remember this place is in a different part of the world so the sun might set earlier than you think. Security is superior to any other place so bring very few items and it will help make your life easier. Had the chance to see a lightning bolt strike in a few different places during a storm. Moscow is kind of plain to look at from high above at night. The price is not the best but if you have time in your trip, watch a sunset from here and take some photos.

(Translated by Google) The Ostankino TV Tower is just great! Whoever says anything on this topic. Moreover, at any time of the year, in any weather. A work of art created, I'm not afraid of this word, by geniuses of technical thought. I was in the immediate vicinity of the TV tower during a severe fire: the spectacle is spectacular and frightening, but the tower, so airy and fragile in appearance, has withstood, revived and continues to decorate the panorama of Moscow, not to mention the microdistrict where it is located. Locals treat the TV tower with respect and love. Visitors are used as a geographic reference point and considered as one of the Moscow attractions. And the engineers never doubted that the TV tower is beautiful - they know from practice that a successful technical solution is beautiful by definition!

(Translated by Google) My favorite Morozov mansion is not happy, not well-groomed. There, in the corner, he has a sore spot near the drainpipe, something like smeared over. And the presence of the Orange hostel, in a unique mansion with Vrubel's paintings, depresses me. It's good that the fences in a secluded corner have been removed and now drunks and homeless people do not gather there under the windows. I really wish this mansion to be happy and loved - as it deserves. Like the neighboring blue mansion with new oriental, black and gold bars on the locked gates.

History of moscow radio and television is also mentioned which can be seen. If you are not doing anything then it’s a must visit place.
