Great museum! We went on an excursion and went through the Olympics with my daughter, I really enjoyed it!!! More than 500 exhibits and about 2000 in the storage room. Excellent loyal tour guide!!! Lots of workers' exhibits. Continuous interaction with visitors. The administrator also told us a lot of interesting things after the end of the tour. The exhibition will be updated in winter.

I want to share my impressions of visiting this wonderful museum. My son and my classmates took part in the Olympics here. MuseumsParksEstates. We visited on a free day. There were a lot of people like us, we even had to stand on the street for a while on a first-come, first-served basis. But this did not spoil our impressions at all. The museum is simply wonderful: a huge exhibition of telephone sets from different eras, attentive and sensitive staff and extremely interesting guides. I would like to note that we did not buy the excursion (neither in advance nor in the museum itself), we planned to actually go through the Olympics and that’s all. Actually, we walked through it quite quickly and decided to explore the exhibition on our own. But a guide approached our children (why didn’t I look at his badge...). It was the best excursion: the guys did not leave him a single step, they called each other on old telephones, saw the telephone that was produced for the Titanic, and launched pneumatic mail. Thank you very much!!!

Frankly speaking, the museum itself should have an overnight success in that the exposition is great and the location is convenient. Anyway there are significant points that must be taken into consideration by the owner. Firstly, if it is a museum, there is no reason to employ former paratroopers with alcoholic backgrounds and a huge belly to keep order inside. The target audience of the museum is mostly about kids and adolescents; thus, the excessive force is not imperative! The "phone guard" was following my child in a way he must have followed a convict. If you want to protect the exhibition, you should install glass shelves. There is no need to confuse kids with intimidating emotions and the club-face-control-style. CCTV cameras are cheaper, better, have to odor, etc. Let's use technologies seeing that there is the 21st century. Secondly, they have a cafe, but!!!!!! There is no one to sell a cup of coffee. Unimaginable. Classical rules of economics don't work here. Supply and demand never crosses together. Finally, there are a few good words. The collection of phones is huge, the walls are clean, the ticket is not expensive - 200 rubles for the adult and 100 rubles for the child. What's more, there is a specially designed zone to sit down and communicate for the guests. This is a good idea.

I really liked and was impressed by the museum of the history of telephones; the children did not want to leave. They liked everything, you could touch it, listen to a lecture, it was very interesting. There are telephones from different times, devices for transmitting communication and information, very pleasant guides, they tell and show everything with interest. There were only pleasant impressions left. Thank you for the preservation and the opportunity to show and tell generations the historical innovations of past years.

A small hall with a huge number of exhibits. The guide Roman is simply a miracle. He knows how to explain in simple language, with examples, everything related to telephony, and gets both children and adults excited. We made an appointment in advance, because... went on Sunday. It is more comfortable. 10 minutes walk from Mayakovskaya metro station. At house 19 you need to dive into the arch. Sorry, there are no signs. Impressed...well, just very impressed

The museum is interesting and educational. It has a large number of exhibits. You can see a ship's phone from the Titanic, a phone that was pulled out of a sunken ship from the depths of the ocean and much more! I really liked the friendly, helpful and hospitable staff. I advise anyone who is interested in history to visit the museum and get acquainted with its exhibitions in person!

We were on an excursion. I didn't like the woman tour guide. Not interesting, dry, just conveying information. She spoke quietly. I advised all my friends to go on an excursion to a man who spoke in such a way that children listened with their mouths open!

In a small room there are many telephone sets of the same type, which are not interesting to look at without a tour. The excursion is designed for children of primary school age, so there is nothing interesting for teenagers. Not to mention adults.

Such a great little museum. Small but packing a punch, not specific to Russia, but showing a wonderful collection of telephones through history. It’s an interactive museum with the on hand staff more than happy to show you and let you explore. A special mention to Mikhail here. Such contagious enthusiasm! A great little Moscow gem with a refreshing piece of history and design not tied to the usual USSR theme. Well done!!

It’s hard to find, to get into the museum you have to call the intercom, in the end it turned out that it doesn’t work at all. I don't recommend wasting your time

I really liked it! A fascinating excursion, we looked at it, and even allowed us to talk on the phones. I was even able to talk over the copper elephant! I caught an Easter egg)

Quite a good museum in Moscow, I really liked it there, I hope in the future a lot of new exhibits will be added, including cryptocurrency, which is becoming part of the GRIMACE Internet community, and you can find out more in the telegram channel @grimace

Very educational museum! The guide Egor told and showed in detail and interestingly the history of the development of the telephone. The children couldn't tear themselves away from the rotary phones they could use to call each other! Thanks for a great museum!
