I
have
never
encountered
such
disgusting
service
anywhere!
I
ordered
a
toy
online
and
came
to
pick
up
the
order
at
this
store.
I
called
ahead.
It
turned
out
that
the
seller
had
already
closed
the
store
(it
was
about
19.30
and
the
store’s
opening
hours
were
from
10.00
to
22.00).
On
the
phone
she
answered
rudely,
saying
that
the
store
is
closed,
we
need
to
warn
you
in
advance,
but
I’ll
do
you
a
favor
and
open
it.
Is
it
just
me
or
is
this
abnormal
behavior?!
Well,
in
the
end,
when
I
found
myself
in
the
store,
I
saw
the
same
toy
that
I
ordered
on
the
website,
but
its
price
was
about
1000
rubles
cheaper.
I
asked
if
I
could
buy
this
toy
at
this
price
and
refuse
the
order.
To
which
they
answered
me
in
a
rude
and
absolutely
boorish
manner
that
the
store
was
closed
and
only
the
order
could
be
picked
up.
The
amount
is
less
because
we
didn’t
have
time
to
change
it.
The
saleswoman
also
told
you
and
so
they
made
concessions
to
you.
We
arranged
for
pickup,
but
we
had
to
arrange
delivery.
But
the
store
provides
such
a
service
and
it
is
unclear
what
concessions
were
even
discussed!
I
urgently
needed
the
toy
as
a
birthday
gift,
so,
despite
the
fact
that
I
just
wanted
to
leave
this
store,
I
still
gave
the
money.
Looking
at
the
receipt,
I
saw
that
the
seller
punched
not
2290
but
2390
rubles.
That
is,
another
100
rubles
more.
I
pointed
out
the
error,
the
seller
answered
something
vaguely.
In
general,
if
you
want
a
spoiled
mood
and
a
disgusting
attitude,
this
is
the
place
for
you.

take

sellers
you
will
lose
