The shopping center itself is not bad. But the employees are rude, complete ignorance!!!! Especially those at the information desks!!! The administration you hire, the staff that meets people in the shopping center, is your face!!!! This is my first time using the services of a shopping center - a stroller for rent. The employee from whom I took it told me that I could return the stroller to any other rack. I returned it without delay, to the nearest counter where it was convenient for me!!!! But I was blacklisted!!!! Are you even adequate!?!? What!?..... For what reason!???? Even in your rules for using the stroller, there is nothing at all about returns!!!!!! I am very disappointed and angry at this situation, which was created by your green employees and unclear rules where they are not spelled out....!!!!!!

Food court is much better after recent expansion reconstruction. With huge area where kids can play while waiting. There few brand stored but the overall choice is still poor for such large mall. On the upside there are very good kids / toys stores. The large IMAX cinema is also​ only of two such in Moscow

Best place to get anything you really need all in one location. There is an Ikea, Mall, Sports Store, Superstore - all in one area (there is a lot more than that). You could literally spend all day here shopping and exploring.

Big, with a lot of different stores but kind of separated, dot really have the feeling that it's a complex, seems more like a lot of shops close to each other. Didn't visit all the shops but thera are some basic ones. IkEA, Aushan etc.

Huge place with most of the major brands and stores. Lots of parks and easy to get to from the МКАД. Though there can be traffic both in and out. The Ашан and Икеа are huge. There is a big Оби, next to it as well.

Perfect place to shop from a wide range of products in every category. Easily accessible by public transport, free parking and lots of different places to relax and eat out. Best and reasonable price in almost every single category compared to anywhere else in the city! One of the reason why you would like being in Moscow! 👍👌💐

Everything under one place kids also enjoyed there

A huge shopping mall. Expect some heavy traffic jams on weekends. It's better to get in there from Kaluzhskoe highway rather then from MKAD. Parking is usually not a problem compared to getting there. Has a decent cinema and a good playground for kids.

Awesome mall! All the best stores you want in one place with a huge free parking lot! IKEA, Auchan, among lots of department stores! Conveniently open until very late!

Huge shopping center. You can have a snack, relax at the movies, update your wardrobe and buy food. The problem is of course with the entrance. There are plenty of spaces in the parking lot, it was a weekend. Parking is free.

It's a very very huge store with lots of parking space. You could get confused as to where you parked though. I believe you can purchase any product you need here.

I feel like a stranger, different from everyone else, excluded. Now it’s still Saint Valentine, February 23... Has quite a good selection of stores, my only problem is locating the stores, the maps are not updated and if you’re new here you’ll spend quite some time searching for the store you want. But overall nice and clean
