The hotel itself is fine but the customer service is terrible. Some Soviet style ladies with no common sense or communication skills. I booked the hotel 2 weeks prior and Lyudmila Uzun decided to cancel my booking the day of me checking in.

All the rates are 5 star, but among all the customer service is just Perfect!!! The rooms are clean, the linen is spotless, the breakfast is royal quality! I loved the service very much and I hope it'll never change! Thank you for your job!!!

Very well located on the banks of Moskva river. The river cruises jetties are nearby. Next door to a shopping mall. Arabat street not too far away.

Pathetic experience. We are a group of 10 people staying here. Not much vegetarian options in breakfast. When talked to restaurant manager, he was totally indifferent and rude.In room also, only 2 small water bottles....per room Not expected from Radisson standards ...Moscow radisson should bug up and not bring bad name to Radisson. We always stay in Radisson worldwide....but......

Old rooms but well kept. Comfortable beds, showers oddly placed in the bathtub in the room but overall nice. The rooms have enough space and they even keep the iron and board in the cupboard, which I find very useful. Breakfast is very nice. They have a good variety. Staff are all very friendly. Plus I like the fact that they have their own parking and territory is well kept. Walking distance from the mall and easy to get to the centre

Old fashioned hotel, very 80’s give me an overlook hotel vibes from the shining movie. A lil bit creepy for the 1st very time but the room was so comfy, all the staff was very helpful and the location is very near with the big mall, money changer and train station. I had difficult time with the key 😂 cause its not used for power so sometimes i lost sight of it. The breakfast is well served. Overall it was really nice experience staying at Radisson Slavyanskaya Hotel

Good location - close to everything. Decent sized swimming pool. Good Georgian restaurant with authentic cousine. 2 more restaurants: japanese (a bit expensive) and italian. Stuff very professional

Very difficult 😃 communication and I changes 4 times rooms in 4 days Even if I am a member premier with services You will never get the service you hope for Plus the coffee is undrinkable in the morning . My wife got sick !! I asked the manager who answer with a rude attitude Buy coffee. 3 times as I asked if I could have at least on from their machine ... No way we are under their rules and no space for kindness 🙂

    1. The room consisted of only lamp shades to be switched on by plugging them to sockets which were loose. Had tough time illuminating my room. 2. Room temperature maintained was very high. I had to open the window to cool down. 3. Last but not the least, the lady in the reception with glass partition herself was not wearing a mask till the time I came up requesting for directions to restaurant for breakfast. But she, even after the fact that I had seen herself pulling her mask looking at me was more obligated to point me for not wearing the mask both appauled and astounded me. The discrimination was vivid since I observed large number of people floating around without adhering to covid appropriate behaviour, including the staff at reception. 4. The restaurant is not part of the hotel. And you may have difficulty in discovering the same if you do not speak Russian for seeking directions, by which time obviously you would be sulking in humiliation and lost your appetite. 5. Overall I do not recommend the hotel for Indians visiting Moscow. It may be cheap amongst others but will surely make you feel one.

Good hotel, excellent service and central location. Breakfast is great with a lot of choice, even with red caviar. There is an access to sports center with full size swimming pool. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit old fashioned and some rooms facing the river can be noisy due to the traffic outside.

Decent hotel for your stay, I think it is not expensive for what you get.. there are two complementary bottles of water in the room, free coffee and tea. Mini bar is also provided with decent cost. The room was spacious with river view (by choice), however I did not like the hotels with carpet floor that much.. Reception was kind and helpful, plus the concierge Alexander amazingly fast, responsive and assisted me with every need! Downside, second night at the room there was no WiFi at all.. I called the reception bit nothing was done and tried a zillion ways to access it through my phone but nothing worked so I had to go downstairs with my laptop to connect.. Breakfast was good no complaint on that. Basement floor there are two restaurants, one Georgian one Japanese. I tried the Georgian one and I liked it. Would stay again

Very nice hotel, location and view Very good breakfast 🥐🍳 But my only notice was that there was no one at the entrance to welcome the residents, and no bellman to help unless tou request.

Visiting from Canada 🇨🇦! The hotel is in the great location right next to a massive beautiful mall (you need to check it out) as well next to the local train station. The hotel is extremely clean and beautiful. Our favourite part of the stay was the morning breakfast; the food is amazing and the Russian seeet dumplings are my favourite! The beds are extremely comfortable, pillows are nice and fluffy, pressure of water is great, rooms are nice too. 10/10 thanks for having us!

Not a convenient location, it can be very noisy, almost all the furniture is old. So far, this is the only thing that frustrates when visiting this place. But the staff is responsible and friendly. The food is quite tasty, a good selection of drinks. The service is fast.

Your usual Radisson rooms, renovated last time probably more than twenty years ago. It's okay, you can stay and sleep there. The staff been trying their best but I had troubles sleeping and paying for my stay anyway. Is it really worth the price to live in a hotel with worn towels, creaky doors and walls so thin you can hear your neighbors' breath? Probably not for this price.
