A very cool place, the price tag is high (body oil the size of a hygienic lipstick is 575 rubles with a discount), even taking into account their promotions, but it’s worth it. In the states, this network costs comparable money, so you have to pay for the bomb smell and skin hydration. It seems they will open more stores in other Megas soon. The promotions are standard: 3 antibacterial gels for 399 rubles, the second or third product for 50% of the cost, free gift wrapping, 2 large candles for 2600, and so on.

I was sent a defective product through an online store, with prepayment. They considered my appeal for 14 days and refused: “It does not affect the properties of the product.” This is liquid soap in holiday packaging, packaging is almost the main thing here. Moreover, I bought this as gifts. They refused me and offered me the option of writing another appeal - how do you like that? It’s as if I, the client, are to blame for the marriage being slipped to me. Of course, I wouldn’t take such a bottle offline. This is just incredibly bad service. I've never seen anything like this. I do not recommend this store to anyone.

I gave 3 stars because the store is located in Mega Khimki, it is very far from me and there are no other stores located closer. There is no option to order online. The service is good, the consultants helped me make my choice. The candles are awesome, and the shower cream and gel too!

My favorite body care store. I’ve tried a lot of things, but their body oils are simply a salvation after sunburn, they nourish and moisturize 💯. Shower gels and scrubs are also my favorites. I also really like that the sales girls tell you everything in detail about the products, they are very attentive and will always give advice if a person comes for the first time and is not familiar with the brand.

I placed an order for 2+2 shares. The promotion is not displayed on the website; everything in the cart is at full price. It’s good that I calculated in advance the amount that I should be billed for payment and ATTENTION: I WAS SENT AN INVOICE FOR ALMOST 600 RUB MORE THAN IT SHOULD BE! I called the hotline several times, I thought, who knows, maybe I ended up taking something else, maybe the delivery is still paid. The hotline said that they would fix everything and send a new invoice, but it would be cancelled. They sent me the same bill several times and I had to call the hotline again. The girl said that they fixed everything and everything was correct, but the bill was still 600 rubles more! The problem was eventually resolved. But not everyone, like me, will recalculate their order if they charge a lot, but will simply pay and that’s it! The parcel is delivered by SDEK, a disgusting delivery service. The status of the parcel is not correct on the websites, it says an unsuccessful delivery attempt, but no one sent any notifications. The hotline doesn't say anything intelligible.
