Great location, friendly and fast service. Full correspondence of price to quality. Unfortunately, during our arrival there was a power outage, but the team of employees worked with a bang and professionally, there was no discomfort, thank you very much!

Thank the staff for considering my request for room location. Great cleaning overall, but there were weird dirty marks all over the bathroom floor when I just checked in.

Clean quiet non-smoking hotel. Double glazed windows, small fridge and safe in the room. TV with English news channels. Great Wi-Fi. Good breakfast that gets busy from around 830am. Lovely staff who speak English. 10 min walk to two different metro stations and supermarkets close by.

Hotel is located on quied road.10 minutes walking to nearest metro station.20min walk to Red Square.Rooms are clean with good bathroom. Good value for money. Staff very friendly and speak English. Few caffes and restaurants around. Can 100% recommend this hotel

Clean, centrally-located, and reliable. Three things could be improved: (1) I wish they’d have bars of soap instead of liquid cream soap. (2) Laundry prices are extremely expensive. (3) A water cooler could be placed in the corridors so that water bottles can be refilled. These are just quibbles though, this is a very good hotel.

Great hotel. The staff don't smile but that's one of the things that is different about russia. Slightly out of the way but it made it quite. Reply to the reply: Don't give additional training, russians don't tend to give the same greetings as other places. Nothing wrong with this, its what makes travel interesting.

We stayed at Adagio Apartments, which is part of the Ibis complex. The Russian staff was very welcoming. The hotel was perfectly clean, well located (near to supermarket, 15 minutes walk to all the restaurants and 15 minutes walk to the train station Paveltsky that goes straight to the airport Domododevo). Spa was good and room service too. Nothing else to say

The location is quite and peaceful. There are metro stations within 10 mins walking. The staff speaks English and are helpful. The breakfast has got multiple food options. The rooms are clean and well maintained.

Very good hotel!! The room was clean and looked nice, the interior of the building is beautiful, the staff very friendly and helpful (their English is very well) and the breakfast is delicious! I was very satisfied with my visit. The hotel is good located and there're underground stations in the near.

Location of the hotel is far from the main city. You can't walk up to the near by market or Red Square. There is no kettle in the room. Mineral water bottles are complimentary only on the first day. Restaurant has no option for any Indian breakfast or live station for omlett etc. Overall experience is not very good.
