It feels like I’m not a mental yogi. Yes, the largest yoga center. Yes, there are many different directions and instructors for every taste. In the center there is a vegetarian cafe and a shop with clothes and equipment. There are floating and massage rooms. An ideal place for those who travel by public transport, close to the metro (not very far to walk). But... 1. There is a problem with parking, it is tiny even for visitors to the shopping center (and since it is not far from the metro, there are cars that are stupidly parked all day). There are paid city parking lots, but parking there is a problem on weekdays. 2. Not giving a damn. Alas, I don’t have it and it’s hard for me to understand how you can leave your shoes without locked lockers on the floor below from the very center in a shopping center without security. It is also not clear how you can leave clothes in the locker room without a locker. This is also the case when you come for the first time and ask to see the club, you get the answer - look. Go for yourself and see what you need. This is another minus under point 3 - it is not a client-oriented club (despite the fact that its annual cost is at the WorldClass level). This is where problems arise if you didn’t take a card with you, and the only money you have is a card. So what if they found you on your computer and marked you, and what, you’re offering to leave your passport, license and card? Go out into the street, find an ATM, withdraw 200 rubles, “we can use it to make a new key, but not for your passport” (quote). Well, and of course, there is no management in place, no deputies and everything like that. 4. people sit on benches and window sills in the locker room and eat. And there are many of them! Damn, this is not a place for food! 5 - people are drying their things on the windowsill and radiators (hands) 6 - I attended 5 classes, 4 of which the instructors were 13-17 minutes late and without apology. I understand everything, yoga, detachment from reality, nirvana and all that. But the club is a commercial organization that provides services for money. And with so many violations...

There are sensory deprivation capsules here. The yoga center itself makes a very good impression. Clean, spacious and even homely

Perfect place. Not far from the metro. Freshly renovated, spacious rooms, high ceilings. Cafe, shop, large locker room. A space that is pleasant to be in.

The administrators are very gloomy, they don’t look at you, they ruin your mood right away, they didn’t show you anything, didn’t explain anything, I went around asking everyone where everything was and this disgusting prepayment for the key, what nonsense, first of all, not everyone has cash, in secondly, I don’t mind paying for the loss, but it’s somehow ugly to take money in advance, I only had 5000 of them and they took it🤮, I went to eat, I took toast with poached eggs and a coconut smoothie, the toast was so not tasty, I should try to cook it so indifferently, and a coconut smoothie is just a mug of whipped coconut cream, you can’t drink something like that, it’s harmful and this dubious pleasure cost about 500 rubles, well, it’s already 11:30, and the class starts at 11:10 there’s nothing, I’m sitting waiting, I came up and asked, whether the teacher will come or not, but they didn’t even call and didn’t know and it turned out bravo! there will be no class!!! And attention, I’m 8 months pregnant, I got up in the morning and got to this class, the impression is completely ruined

I took a course from the Russian Yoga Federation here. Nice studios, equipped with everything, everything is comfortable and beautiful. There is a yoga store both inside the studio and on the same floor of the Baby store shopping center

Perfect place! Lots of space, bright rooms, cafe, shop. I like it. I would like to especially note the leader of Ashtanga yoga classes for beginners, Daria Vasyanovich, and thank her for her attention to my humble person during the classes. After the class, I felt the strength and capabilities of my body.

I really like Critical Alignment Yoga at this center. I especially like the instructors Peter Anokhin and Yanina Chernova. They have very strong classes without the distraction of talking. Therefore, it turns out intensely and a lot of benefits. Thanks to this center for getting rid of back problems and especially to my favorite instructors Peter and Yanina

Favorite Yoga Center. Beauty, comfort, professionalism... But for me personally, this is the best place where I have had the opportunity and still teach classes) The best quality equipment and rooms. Delicious cafe.

Many classes of a wide variety of yoga: aerial yoga, classes for children, pregnant women, hot yoga, critical alignment yoga. A variety of intensive practice events take place. And also an excellent massage room.

I was there and liked it

Yesterday I attended class for the first time. The center may be good, but you shouldn’t start getting to know it with a class from Anokhin Peter. The coach's way of building contact with a newcomer is... peculiar. Making fun of the whole room several times about being late - is this a well-imported example of communication from the Soviet school? (being four minutes late, of course, was my mistake, but 1- I came in quietly, found all the equipment myself and sat quietly in a corner, without disturbing anyone, 2- three more people came in after me, to whom there were no complaints). If you hesitate for a few seconds, trying to figure out how to do the exercise, you will receive a comment that you are “probably very bored”, that you “came in vain.” When she refused to do a headstand (without notifying the whole room, but simply remaining on the mat, deciding to wait for the next exercise), the trainer asked what was the matter, heard “no, thank you, I’m not comfortable doing this” and laughed with the words “who said that you should be comfortable.” Hmm) well, maybe physically it shouldn’t, but morally there definitely should be a different atmosphere. And so - the lesson is more suitable for lovers of abusive relationships (their analysis from the trainer, by the way, also took place during the lesson). I don’t know if I’ll come to the center again, but definitely not for this lesson and not for this trainer.

I really love visiting the Prana Yoga Center. Everything here is organized for health and well-being.

Everything is thought out, there are many services for every taste, one veranda with access to fresh air is worth it, especially after hot yoga, rubbing the freshly fallen snow!!!
