We
bought
tickets
for
an
excursion
to
the
Central
Telegraph.
After
a
certain

of
days,

that

excursion

cancelled.

offer
to
either
take

money
or
choose
another
excursion.

choosing
an
excursion
to
the
House
on
the
Embankment
for
October
27th.

excursion
is
postponed
to
12:00
on
November
2.

I
think

the
plans
for
Sunday
are

drain.

in

before

excursion

canceled

the
employees
of

unfortunate
office
called

reminded
that

excursion
would
take
place
today
at
14:00.
I'm

out.
At
first
they
say
that
the
transfer
is

kind
of
glitch.
Then
they
abruptly
change
the
version
-

they
say,
a
notification
for
another
excursion.
But
what
other
excursion
when
there
was
only
one?!
I
explain
that
this
cannot
be
done,
since
all
plans
have
already
been
changed,
and
we
will
no
longer
be
able
to
go
on
any
excursion
in
an
hour
and
a
half.
As
a
result
-
weak
attempts
to
apologize,
an
offer
to
provide
another
excursion
for
free
as
compensation
(well,
like,
if
we
now
give
up
everything
on
this
one
and
run).
They
refused
such
a
“generous”
offer.
As
a
result,
we
are
waiting
for
a
refund.
I
definitely
rate
this
sharashka
office
as
the
most
disgusting,
with
incompetent
and
deceitful
staff.
And
I
will
never
use
their
services
again.
I
don't
recommend
it
to
others
either.
