    Great service Infact one of the best airline service in Russia Always on time never late what ever will be the situation always on time Take off in time arrival in time Service best Quality best Whether it is full or empty it always fly on time never late always on time Only one minus point is the food otherwise one of the best air service in Russian federation To be honest, I was also a little scared to fly with Aeroflot after remembering all those horrible accidents in the past but I was proven wrong. And in the end, I'm glad that I gave the Russian national carrier a fair chance. I found a great alternative, for a good price, they're always on time and have a very natural crew.

    Terrible airline. None of the person speaks much English. Us luggage came in poor condition. The suitcase broke the wheel and had a big dent. The quality of the aircraft is also bad: a lot of cracks and broken safety belts.The ticket was written wrong arrival time.

    Probably next to "delay" or "lost luggage" in the dictionaries, there is a photo of Aeroflot. English language gave an 404 error, not found

    Website is just terrible, spend 3 hours attempting to buy a ticket, still some technical problems on their side, UX is an awful! How could be like that in the year 2021? Thanks God Skyscaner always help:)

    The location is the only plus. Everything else raises more questions. The largest airline in the country, central office. Huge queues, no water coolers, no toilets, no mother and child rooms, nothing for the convenience of waiting. Ragged sofas and a table with broken pencils for children. I am silent about coffee machines, snacks, etc. The attitude of the hall operators is terrible, the goal is to complicate the issuance of money for tickets.

    in March 2020 I bought a ticket from Zurich to Moscow for July. due to corona, the flight was canceled. i had no success getting the money back. I was told that if I bought a new ticket, I could charge the price or claim the money back after three years. now three years have passed, several e-mails, phone calls and office visits on site in Russia. i have delivered all the papers to you, made a Russian bank card for myself and someone as a translator with me and the process is still not completed... worst customer service, never fly with aeroflot!

    My family name Mr / Hanna My ticket no. was 5553868658341 My email address [email protected] I have a complain, the operator agent aeroflot code no. 8929 I prefer if you listen to our call by yourself, I called on 7th of August at 9.37 am Moscow time. She uncooperative agent ،Inexperienced, unprofessional, harms the business reputation, 1-I was on hold all most of the call, she don't have any information how to do her work! 2- she asked me to pay 65 € online, if I want change my flight ticket, but this wrong !! because later aeroflot office in murmansk office give me voucher +174 € instead of pay 65 € !!!!! 3-she asked me to pay for second time my luggage, I tried to explain to her I paid my luggage and I have receipt, she said if you change flight you should pay new luggage!! And this also wrong, because I called later aeroflot hot line,  answer me other agent she said, no need to pay for luggage, I need just to show old luggage voucher for aeroflot office and it will be easy to fixed the situation!!! Unbelievable wrong information she had or maybe not wrong information, maybe she get commission that is why she try to sale to me extras fees!!! Shame on aeroflot to use this cheap way to stolen passenger money!!! Huge thanks for aeroflot office in murmansk city, all agents in murmansk helpfull professional.

    The flight from Varadero on 10/31/2023 was delayed for more than 11 hours. The information about the flight was given inaccurately... Instead of hot meals, they gave out dry sandwiches! The airport is not intended for long stays! The end of your vacation is ruined!

    Awful experience with manager. No customer service in their job. No safe distancing in waiting area and not all people take number and wsit for their turn. Apparently you can just walk to the first window and they will do your request without even checking number. I love aeroflot in general but experience in this office was very bad memory for me.

    Long waiting time at the Arbat office, although the only question is correcting the booking data. Coupons similar to mine are called only in window 2, while coupons for other issues are also serviced in this window, and therefore the total waiting time cannot be even approximately calculated.

    Terrible and long (very long) service. 10/05/2023 sat for more than 2 hours to correct the inaccuracy in the name. The senior cashier at window number 2 is rude and unwilling to solve problems.
