We
had
stayed
in
this
hotel
during
our
visit
to
the
Fifa
World
Cup
2018.
While
everyone
in
Russia
welcomed
the
foreign
fans
with
extra
warmth,
this
hotel
staff
went
an
extra
mile
to
be
terrible.
I
wonder
how
they
behave
with
tourists
in
the
usual
days.
This
hotel
is
far
from
the
city
centre,
but
3
mins
walking
from
the
Metro
station.
The
surroundings
has
a
lot
of
greenery,
but
the
hotel
rooms
are
shabby
and
old
and
not
maintained.
The
rooms
do
not
have
a
provision
of
a
fan/AC
whereas
the
weather
at
Moscow
was
pretty
sunny
and
hot
in
Summer.
We
could
not
keep
the
windows
open
as
the
proximity
to
the
greenery
attracted
a
lot
of
insects
in
the
evenings.
The
corridors
and
the
reception
(apart
from
that
in
the
main
building)
were
lonely
with
no
staff
present
most
of
the
times.
Furnishings
in
the
room
were
broken.
Carpets
and
curtains
were
dirty.
The
mini
fridge
was
stinking.
The
staff
did
not
intend
to
help
at
all,
forget
about
welcoming
or
smiling.
They
are
rude,
they
intentionally
do
not
speak
English
when
you
try
to
ask
for
help.
I
say
this
because
when
I
reached
the
hotel
at
first,
they
asked
for
my
card
for
payment
and
explained
me
the
restaurant
directions
in
English,
but
5
mins
later
when
I
called
the
reception
to
request
for
a
change
in
room
(because
the
room
had
no
ventilation
and
was
thus
suffocating),
they
do
not
speak
a
word
in
English,
rather
put
the
receiver
down
beside
the
telephone
leaving
me
unattended.
The
main
reception
is
300
meters
from
the
other
buildings,
making
it
very
difficult
to
reach
the
staff
by
any
other
means
than
by
phone.
The
entrance
is
very
difficult
to
find
and
they
have
many
buildings,
but
only
one
main
reception.
The
so
called
free
Wifi
did
not
work
after
the
first
night.
Breakfast
served
was
okay.
The
staff
called/knocked
us
6
times
within
10
mins
when
we
were
about
to
check
out.
In
conclusion,
a
terrible
experience
and
would
definitely
suggest
people
to
avoid
this
totally.
