I made an appointment for eyelash extensions and the salon administrator said that there was a window at 20.30 and the master had 6 years of experience, etc. I came and explained what I wanted, she began to pretend to be an experienced master, as if she knew better and determined the effect and bend according to the shape of the eyes supposedly. Ok, I agreed, she gave me eyelashes that were just terrible. Although I told her this curve doesn’t suit me (after I saw myself in the mirror I simply asked her to take off my eyelashes and that I didn’t like them at all. Но после такого отношения я на массаж больше не прийду. Не люблю когда меня дурят и выкачивают деньги. Чеки, кстати, ниразу за всю историю посещения не дали. Наверное нужно написать ещё в Роспотребнадзор, в общество по защите прав потребителей и в налоговую. 2) теперь перейдем к наклейкам. В их студии придумали мотивацию для клиентов. Оформив, очередной абонемент на 15 000 руб., я все-таки продолжу разбирательство в отношении коллагенового (бонусного) окрашивания волос за 7500 руб. - таких денег даже известные стилисты не берут за элементарную классику (окрашивание в один тон и стрижка по форме). Тем более, если результат кардинально отличается от того, что хотел получить клиент (ушла с почти черными волосами в то время, как просила рыжие).
