The currently preserved building of the estate was built at the beginning of the 20th century. The estate and the surrounding lands passed from hand to hand over several centuries. The palace, which has survived to this day, was built under Count Grachev, who bought the estate in 1895. In two years, he put the estate in order. In 1900, the architect G.A. The Kaiser built a palace according to the design of L. Kekushev. At the turn of the century, the cream of the intelligentsia gathered in Khovrin: K.V. painted his paintings here. Lemokh, A.N. Tolstoy and others. You can’t get inside; organized excursions only go around the fence. Now the Moscow Regional Clinical Center for Rehabilitation Medicine and Rehabilitation is located here.

Manor of the early 20th century. The last owners of the estate were the merchants Grachevs (1895-1917). It is very pleasant that despite the revolution and the Second World War, the estate was preserved. You are not allowed into the territory itself, but you can stroll through the well-kept park and listen to the birds singing.

A very stylish place, you can take photos through the fence, excellent visibility, since there are no trees in front of the stairs, lions and caryatids guarding the entrances are clearly visible. In cloudy weather, the gray stone of the manor looks great. Nearby there is an excellent park, lots of squirrels, ducks in the ponds, beautiful bridges and bay windows. A great walk to the park and estate of Moscow.

A wonderful creation by Kekushev. It’s a shame that it’s being destroyed and there’s no way to get closer (there’s some kind of establishment surrounded by a fence). Once again the question is tormented by why such buildings cannot be used more wisely. Is it really possible that in that area of Moscow there are so many museums, exhibition halls and similar cultural objects that this most beautiful architectural monument is being used anyhow?

A very elegant manor in Art Nouveau style with an interesting history. Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to take a closer look inside the building.

A small cozy park surrounded by greenery. Of course, it’s worth going to see the estate and just strolling in the silence of the perennial trees. By the way, here is the oldest tree in Moscow, according to the mayor’s office). Oak-432 years old. Khovrino, now "Grachevka" - formerly a village and estate near Moscow, which at one time belonged to the Tretyakov-Khovrins in the 15th-16th centuries. The now preserved building of the estate was built at the beginning of the 20th century in the traditions of merchant eclecticism. The park around the estate received its modern name after the merchants Grachevs, the last owners of the estate (1895-1917). Grachevsky Park on the site of a former village and estate became part of Moscow in 1960. You can’t get into the estate; now it’s a sanatorium. But it is visible from all sides from the park.

This is very wrong ☝️ In my opinion ☝️ Such beauty, with a rich history, has been converted into a hospital and entry into its territory is PROHIBITED 😤 But I wouldn’t be me if I hadn’t crawled through the hole in the fence 😂 With my height of 154 cm and clothing size 42 🥳 In the photographs you can see the distance between the rods😂 Someone miscalculated 🤣 I am sharing a photo with you, dear subscribers 💐🤝 . . . #larashum #history #estate #moscow region #travel #grachevka #khovrino #sights #moscow

It's beautiful and calm here. The architecture is wow, there is a park nearby. You can come for a walk and relax But you simply cannot enter the territory of the estate, because... there is now a medical facility there

Здание красивое, прилегающая территория облагорожена. В здании находится больница. Подойти ближе из-за пандемии нельзя. Требуется внешняя реставрация

Quiet, cozy place. I don’t even want to think about the fact that you are in a huge metropolis. Although a “chord” passes nearby and another “human farm” is being built, on the territory of the estate you try not to pay attention to it. People are also treated here and excellent specialists work here.

Please tell me what's going on in the estate now? And why is it closed to the public?
