I'm giving only one star to Emmezeta store in Nis because I have had such an unpleasant experience buying the kitchen box . Even though I bought the one from the store (photo 1) as it was the last piece, it came to my house mismatching - where the stove wasn't fitting the wooden board (photo 2), it was obvious that they didn't deliver the one from the store. Then, the store replaced the wooden board but left it 1.5 cm away from the wall (photo 3). This gap is highly unprofessional along with people who work at the store (with some exceptions of course). I would like to send the huge warning to the others to be careful. I know I will avoid this store.

There is no some good choice in quality of products. They have a lot of stuff, but mostly the same (poor) range of quality.

Shop assistants are unpleasant. They like to roll their eyes when you ask them for help. When we asked about the delivery, the salesman asked for more money. If you live on a second floor, they charge you more for the delivery. Highly unprofessional. Other stores offer free delivery. The furniture isn't that good anyway. It's not worth it.

Sometimes you can find ok things, but the offer is often partial compared to the website or e.g. In Belgrade
