Food is fine, but very poor service, waiting much longer than other Steers restaurants. There does not seem to be a system when distributing orders. Some Staff standing around and chatting while customers are waiting. There is a self service point to take orders, but this seems to just add to the chaos when distributing orders. They look overwhelmed and I could not see someone taking charge amid all this craziness. Not worth it for me to stop there again, it just takes way too long.

Honestly Steers never disappoints! The burger for me Is always a hit! Clean and the staff are well quipped to deal with food and service delivery. I couldn't ask for more. They have that transparency type of service delivery where u can see how the food is prepped and stuff. Honestly I'm over the moon about it.

After the food I received today I just cant help not to change my review and wish I could have chosen 0 stars. I received some mistakes made by this Steers over time but let it slide, but today's order will make anyone beyond angry. I ordered a sharing meal with double cheese and beef patties through the app. When I got there for collection they first had to look for my order, after showing them my receipt on my email, asked me to pay again after I already paid online, when that was sorted I got home just to discovered that the burgers inside the sharing box were dried out buns with dried out chicken breast (not even beef as per advertisement) no cheese and old lettuce, the content is not even worth a quarter of the price I paid for. I expect quality service and quality food from a well named brand like Steers, but your service is not what it used to be.

Ordered via telephone which was efficient. But for was cold, possibly because we ordered via phone. Yet, we were there within 10 mins.

Staff is unfriendly with bad attitude. Our bus was about to leave and we were still waiting. On request lady was rasscist and rude. Food was nice. Fishaway

Fishaways rice was raw second time I'm buying there, the first time I thought it was a mistake and again on Monday I bought same thing.

Very warm waiters and welcoming environment. The food is freshly prepared and very delicious.

Friendly staff and I got my food under 15 minutes.

I don't know if it was just my order but the potions were too small. Bought brisket and wors meal, the brisket was barely there🥺. For the 1st time since my last experience in Feb, it was so quiet, did not even had to wait in long queues to place an order

I went to Steers today 24 September and I bought full chicken with large chips. It took unusually long time to prepare my order. Although I asked for mild spice, it hardly tasted any spice. The chicken was half done and the chips were stale. I can't imagine myself going to the same establishment in Vryburg again. Awful.

I ordered 2 quarter legs and chips for R50 each, and the chicken wasn't cooked at all. It was dripping blood from inside.

Had a tasty ice-cream toffee topped, phela it was a hot day in Vryburg

Poor service, they make you wait long while doing nothing. Imagine waiting an hour for a simple burger

Usually quick service, except when there are busses.
