    Last week we waited 1hr30mins for our delivery. We thought going personally would be quicker🤨no such luck, waited for an 1hr. Got home and the calamari spicy pot, is half. R60 Odd for that. Rice was horrible. Won't be supporting Fishaways and Steers in Vryburg again.

    Bad customer service. Will never be coming back to buy here ever again. The employees can't even tell the customers if they are experiencing any troubles or challenges. Poor service 👎 they also need to prioritize cleanliness and food safety, they can't be making food with their fingers without gloves.

    The service isn't bad but they so slow you will wait 30mins for your meal and that time there's only 4 of you thar ordered. Please do something about this Ling waiting time for orders

    I called fishaways and placed my order. 1hour and 30min later I called again to ask If my order was on its way and the lady said sorry we didnt recieved your order. I replaced my order and revieved it 40 min later. So I waited 2 hours 10 min to receive an order from fishaways.

    I made an order of hot pot ,it’s was very quiet, I was the only customer, so the lady at the till call out my order to chief ,waited 20 minutes, only when I came to ask for my food ,then the chief came out from the back to make my food, had to wait again, he took his (Lebogang) time shame,bad service in vryburg fishaways.
