Service was good and orders don't take long to be ready

It was packed but they managed not to keep people waiting. Great service. It's a restaurant you can go to when you In a hurry. They are efficient, big ups to them. As for the food, great taste. Bought wings and chicken, I couldn't be more happier ☺

Fast piping hot food exactly as ordered. Polite efficient and well motivated staff. Kind and friendly.

I ordered 2X thighs and paid R19 each for them. Got to the guest house to find two giant side breasts. Called the shop and was passed off (I suppose by the owner) to ous Regina who was unhelpful. They are arrogant because it’s the only Chicken Licken in town. I was told to return the pieces for exchange. No thought was spared for my time and fuel. A personification of abuse of dominance. Competition results in better service and efficiency!

There was a long queue on Sunday. I ordered an ice cream and 2 piece of chicken but was surprised to find small dry pieces of chicken and it was bones and little chicken the way I was so hungry. I'll never buy at your restaurant. Too salty.

Food is good. Service is quick. There's people who ask for money when you buy. That's not nice.

Great food, but they need to look at the front desk to make it more spacious... The long lines extension to outside is not appealing and not good.

It closes too early on Saturday, we wanted to order wings and they refused to them for us. Mind you it was still early before 8pm . What time does UT close Vele?

Chicken Licken in vryburg is nonsense cz they are forgetting who their customers are , when is month end they put their phone off the hook so we can not reach them. Normally wen is "off peak" then I don't encounter any problem or any difficulties.

There's a lady of the cashier there by the name of Lerato or Lesego she stole my phone. I forgot my phone on the table and went out and realized that I left my phone. When I went back to check my phone it was nowhere to be found until my friend called it and It rang on her pocket and apparently she couldn't switch it off cause of the password. That lady doesn't have customer service. She only gives good service to only white people but when a black person buys she's not giving a smile or good service. She is a KAK cashier that lady

The service is poor because of shortage of staff and their work slowly deliberately I think they can do better that what they are currently doing

Now of late I discovered that Chicken Licken considerably reduced the salt content in the spices they use which sits well with me though then can do more. No doubt I prefer their fried chicken for not being oily like their competitors. Certain of their outlets particularly in small towns have been known to sell fried chicken that is off - so, I am very selective which of their outlets I visit
