Well today KFC Vryburg is not selling wings because their Frozen and it's 12pm. What a joke

The wirst experience of my life. Not just one time , the whole week buting our breakfast there. They dont know the menu. Or what yo put on burgers. Often times we will come back and said hashbrown was not added. You will wait in most times more than 39 minutes at the packing while they promise to hand your food. Disaster. Owner to employ new people or close the shop.

I was serviced quite quickly with fresh pieces of chicken... their recipe improved 👌

It's a big sruggle to get zinger wings at Vryburg branch. Always out of stock !!!! This is very bad. This only happens in Vryburg !!

Once my order was placed it didn't take too long.

The drive through cashier was very rude and unfriendly, didnt even greet. However front cashier was very friendly!

Food is really good compared to kfc south africa chicken is fresh and is tasty

1. Their drive through "intercom", (for a lack of better word) has not been working for months. I was there in Feb 2023 and went there again this month and it was still working and that is so frustrating if you are not a regular there. We find ourselves camping on that thing waiting for someone to take our orders until those behind us start hooting at us... A simple *OUT OF ORDER* notice placed there would not harm anyone. 2. Their drive through is also very slow

The lady at the drive thru couldnt take our order, i had to explain and tell her the order about 4times (3twister meals all with cream soda and 1 twister only not a meal...) that was it, nothing strange or difficult. She charged me for the order correct, comming to the pickup window the gentleman there gives me 3 twisters only and i had to explain their own slip to him that there is (4 twisters in total) 3meals and 1twister only as per the slip... he got really rude with us and i could sense/see his attitude clearly. My daughter even asked why is this man so rude to us.? So we left and only to see that the twisters is not correct after all... i didnt go back as we were already on the road to kuruman (spend over 20min at kfc) it was getting late. Worst kfc staff ever...

It would be great to have more cashiers at KFC Vryburg as the queues are usually long, especially month-end. By now the store has made a lot of profit to claim they can't afford any more employees. The toilets are typically out of order.

If you are looking for the worst drive through experience, come here. There is literally one entrance and one exit so if they don’t have what you are looking for you have to wait for every car to receive their order.

All went good. Soft serve wasn't great and they gave alternative - if u could afford 😄

The service in here is bad bad, you order then when it's time to collect you are told to join the queue 😫 like why do you have screens that let us know when our order is ready for collection when we still have to queue 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Hai maan

The waiter that calls out orders, short guy. He ha personal issues..Now I fail to understand what's his problem.

Terrible! Worst KFC I have seen in South Africa. We stopped there for a coffee and after spending 20 minutes in the long queue (only one person serving) were told they don’t do coffee. We then asked for 2 ice creams. Lady seemed deaf as she just could not seem to hear me. Kept saying they have no flake when we didn’t ask for any. Waited another 10 minutes for the ice creams and only ended up getting one. The whole place was so short staffed and unorganised. Ended up with a cone instead of a bak (that we wanted) and had to give it to the bergy outside cause it was so melted and inedible. Disappointing is not the word!

Poor service, Tellers are not helpfull. They cannot resolve customer queries. Service is super slow.

Waiting is about 45 minutes in the drive through and you will still be told that there is no meat when you are half way to the window and you can't really turn back, their drive through is useless

The attitude of the workers was very bad and unhappy especially the lady at the last window... obviously the taste of the food goes with the love of the person handing them.

Hundreds of people, long queues both in drive through and inside. We were a little overwhelmed on this Friday afternoon and could not be served in less than an hour. Good business for kfc, but frustrating for customers.

Very clean shop great friendly workers quick service 👌the staff deserves 🌹and keep the GOOD work 🎉.

I bought a wrap my usual order at any KFC thus was my worst. The wrap was practically empty no lattuce eish

For me as a traveller, KFC Vryburg serves fresh food every single time I pass there. Just one suggestion though, either the drive thru or the entire hub needs to be moved to a more "user friendly" space.

It was midmorning on a Sunday and the drive-through queue was too slow. Spent over 30 minutes in between placing an order & waiting for food.

Honestly I don't think I would go back. Staff is rude and very unprofessional. Did not get everything that we ordered. And we don't understand why one KFC (Schweizer) still makes or has something on the menu and another only 64km away says they don't have it anymore.

Gud service l got so fast and efficient

everything was fresh, delicious and the staff was friendly and helpfull. They even gave me a free cooldrink just for the inconvenious because I was waiting for my zingerwings while my order was already packed. Even though I was waiting 20min every 5min the staff came to update me and ask if I'm fine ect. Excellent service from the Vryburg KFC branch! Job well done and well deserved to the staff*
