I am happy to give a 5 stars to Castello Guest house. The rooms are clean and everything is okay. The DStv is showing me the channels I like. Perfect and thanks to Castello..

Terrible! What to expect: Harsh knocks from owner at 9am SCREAMING: wake up- my ladies want to clean! Followed by the cleaners’ knock moment later🤦🏼‍♀️ Family room has a terrible smell Very old beds, mattresses very uncomfortable Burnt eggs- owner said staff didn’t come to work They count no: of slices you must eat Text at 6:51 telling you must be out by 9h30 (yep!) Half tissue in the bathrooms- no extra supply No phones to communicate with the lodge Zero security- easy access for criminals. Owner not available when we wanted to report tailgating At every moment you will hear IM THE OWNER more than anything. Not a humble lady at all Absolutely no respect for guests Overall for our staff that’s the worst lodge they have ever visited

Excellent! We stayed the night and had a conference the next day in their venue. It was beautiful and so clean. Well organised and extremely helpful! The owners and staff are so friendly and accommodating! Nothing was too much trouble and they really went out of their way for us and our event! Highly recommend!

Had a water leak and was relocated to smaller room. When we got up at 05h00 to continue our journey their power was off, not loadshedding.

Lovely big rooms. Comfy bed . Breakfast not very nice. Only serve Ricoffy. Door of room was difficult to open. There wasn't enough toilet paper the first day. And second day they left me a hand towel to shower with. But rooms pretty.

We stayed in the family room. All 5 beds in one room , but it was as expected and stipulated by LekkerSlaap. All was in working order, the room , bathroom and small kitchen was clean, neat and pretty. We had a warm reception and a more than adequate breakfast at a very reasonable price the next morning. Secure parking . Will recommend Castello with ease.

A neat place for business travelers , you get served a home coocked meal when you far away from home 🏡. Friendly owners who thrive on communication with their guests.

I don't think i will ever go back there. I won't even recommend it to any of my friends. Makes me wonder how their ratings were done. Probably by a white Afrikaans speaking guy.

Aircon leaked water into room. Had to put down towels to stop water flow. Room reeked of smoke. No fresh milk. 1 sachet of cremore. Room shabby, bedding worn and need new matress. Overall disappointing @ R790 per night.

I enjoyed my stay, even though we had stage 6 loadshedding the venue did what they can to make us comfortable. The Owner was friendly, patient and so kind. It was home away from home. I will call again.

Will defiantly get a 5* review if there is an upgrade to the bathroom. Take out the bath and put in a huge shower. I stayed in room 12.

Very nice and affordable. Friendly staff. Will definitely sleep over again on my next trip.

Will not stay in any place accept Castello in Vryburg. I really love this place.
