Beautiful Guest House (or Lodge) that makes you feel like your staying out of town. Lovely interior decor, with great dining and lounge area. The outside deck, along with all the rooms with balconies, overlook the nature reserve next to it. We saw 3 types of game on our one night there. Apparently there's a rhino as well that makes it's way past the lodge from time to time, but unfortunately we did not see it. The rooms are very clean and spacious with everything you would come to expect from such a rated establishment. The door between rooms on the balconies are great when you travel with friends and stay next door to each other. Definitely recommended if you are travelling through Vryburg!

Really great place to stay. Breakfast was delicious. Great ambiance in breakfast hall. 5 Star home quality beds. Could sleep in very comfortably. Was a really special place to stay. Real game viewing. We were really privileged to see Champ the Rhino some 5 steps away from us. The owners were really friendly and made us feel really special. We will definitely be staying there next time we in Vryburg.

Lovely, they only thing is they don't help guests with baggage up the stairs and there is no lift. If u have a big bag, its your problem. Breakfast was ok.

Had a wonderful experience at Game View Lodge. Susan went out of her way to make us feel welcome and was very friendly. Clean, neat and beautiful rooms with the most magnificent views of the game roaming nearby. Breakfast was delicious with many options available. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful location. Lovely interior. Very hard bed, not comfortable. Paper thin walls, amongst others, you hear the guests next door snore and shower. Managers are stiff and clearly judge you by looks.

The place is clean, the service was good. Everything appearing online was there. Good price for value. Breakfast was also good. Definitely going back.

A real hidden gem. I booked most of the rooms as we were a group of 12 on a work trip. Our host was helpful and accommodating and the rooms were clean and beautiful. I have stayed at many guest houses but this was by far the only one that ticked off every box. If we are in Vryburg again we will definitely stay at Game View Lodge. The best part about the place is the beautiful Rhino who comes to the deck for a snack every evening.

This place is a true hidden gem. Everything was amazing, the rooms were so clean and tidy, the mini bar stocked and a comfy bed. I booked out most of the rooms for my work colleagues and we all loved the place. The host was super accommodating and very helpful, we also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The highlight of the evening was seeing the beautiful Rhino come up to the deck.

This is a very beautiful hotel. The owners are warm, friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean. The ambiance is beautiful. Watching the sunset or sunrise from the deck is amazing. I didn’t see much of the game though. I definitely would recommend the Game Lodge to anyone going to Vryburg.

Game View Lodge is magnificent, a true 5 star hotel feeling. The breakfast was divine being made by the owner Theo. The owners are friendly and welcoming. The rhino named Champion visited the Lodge as he always does. We were two meters from the rhino and made for fab pics. We will be back again and again. Beers are cold with a huge array of drinks in the rooms fridge. Well done on creating such a splendid atmosphere. The rooms are spotless with the best decor. Craig and Joany 🤗 🤗 🤗

Spectacular spot. Everything that you need in beautiful rooms. Stunning setting and wonderful hosts. We had our two doggies with us as well. Very well equipped overnight spot. Easy to stay longer and just relax.
