very nice place, hot water available, friendly staff, great cleaning service, good aircon and television system, fridge, microwave and kettle in the room, great place, i will definately go again, very near to the mall and food restuarants....

Service was very good.The staff waited for me till late and opened the gate early for me.

Nothing is organize. You even have to request request for coffee and kettle, and most of all, warm water is not always available. I had to change rooms due to the qyser not working. I stayed for 3nights. I won't recommend it for anyone unless desperate for an overnight accommodation. Ooh, and they have no wifi. The gates are manually opened. If there is no one you have to get off the car and go open on your own

It was good but I didn't like their food, they should do like other BnB's, give guests meal voucher and that way they will have time to prepare the place for accommodations.

Had to change my first rating from 3 stars to 1. First stay was okay but when we came back for the second stay we were I'll treated to the point that we had to cancel our booking.

Beautiful and stunning venue, centrally located for easy access to the entire city, but still has a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. Rooms where clean and the staff was very polite and helpful. An awesome place away from home

If all you are looking for is a bed and warm water to bath, then this is a place for you.

Place needs attention and attention to detail. Needs to see to little things lacking. Little thinkgs make visitors come.back to stay.

Average lodge, nothing wow about it.

REally not happy, I made the booking for my team, received a confirmation email and then the team was told that they were fully booked and they were put in a back room with no power. I hope they dont think we are paying for this mess up. The lady that phoned me this morning to check the confirmation had the cheek to tell me she is checking to see that everyting is above board. Clearly they dont know how to run a Lodge, They did not even expect my team - really disgusting servcie.

The place is a complete sepsis,from incompetent management to no security. A night in your car is far more safer. The frustration of having luggage stolen 10min of check in and no explanation nor CCTV coverage. It wont be a coincidence if one gets hurt with no explanation in that pus collection of a self proclaimed 3 star disaster . Got there at night, room not even clean with recently used towels. Care taker had the audacity to tell me its not his job. I was puzzled with disappointment. My OCD still has flash backs

The lady receptionist is not helpful at all, and lacks customer service. She had an attitude. Anyway the 2 gentleman were very helpful

This place is horrible the staff is disgusting. I don’t recommended any cooperate or any business to use their facilities.. they are rude non pleasant and disrespectful. 0/0 rating
