Very comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast and in a quiet environment. Very clean, elegant and modern. Great for meetings or just to catch up on sleep. The staff are friendly and make you feel like royalty.

Terrible service, the old lady just budge into the room with out knocking and in the kitchen she treated literally demonstrated how the toaster work! Like really now 👀👀how can a person assume that I don't know how to use a toaster. Their juice is oros and they did not use cold water! It was for the first and the last time I sleep here

Not that clean. Shower dirty. Bedding not clean, not sure if it stains or not clean, but made me uncomfortable.

Terrible way of treating people, terrible room services with no refreshments of towels. I was told that I’m using too much of air conditioning, Tv and shower. They would just badge in the room in the morning with their spare key saying it’s time for housekeeping 😖

Slept in room 2 and for me the rooms are spacious enough. WIFI connection is always on with no connection issues. For R600 it is a bargain as it has a TV, Fridge ,Microwave ,Ironing board and an Iron, Double bed and 1 extra single bed. In other towns, this sort of rooms costs well over R1000 per night. Thanks for the friendly service once again.

Terrible place to sleep in. Upon arrival, we found a HUGE spider in one of the rooms allocated to us and the white lady who was assisting us with checking in seemed unbothered about it. She just told one of the men who were traveling with us to go kill it. One of the other rooms allocated to us had a horrible smell and when we informed her about it, she seemed unbothered about it and just said “oh, I will check it out.” Two of the ladies we were with had to share a room since the smell was unbearable. It was a very uncomfortable night for us with no apology or concern from the owners.

Good customer service and the room are well kept.

The TV was not working. I reported it and it still was not resolved.

Went there for malaria IRS workshop and the conferencing venue is way too small and not ideal if you want to have privacy because the dining area and kitchen is literally in the same room. The whole group was scattered around the town because they couldn't accommodate us all yet they agreed for the cooking. The rooms looked great and were well cleaned.
