Very convenient Cafe shop and location which is close to tourism area ( night light) and bus station from Cambodia. Highlands coffee is spread everywhere in Hochiminh and serving for almost 24h. Within comfortable seats and fair coffee price offer customer in enjoyment.

A bit costly but food is really good. Any coffe type is bliss here. Very helpful staff. And unlike most of the places, they know English orat least willing to help you through all the doubts you have.

I’ve been to highlands all over Vietnam and this location is grotesque. Asked the cashier a question about a product and she gives me this hateful look like I did something wrong? Not like she didn’t speak English because she definitely did. Even if she didn’t, why the evil look? And to top it off, wifi is nonexistent here. Literally any other coffee shop around will be money better spent.

Absolutely typical Highlands Coffee other than that it’s a bit bigger than some. Boringly predictable food and drinks priced well above what one would pay at other places for bwtt r food and drinks. It’s one saving grace is seating. There’s more seating and some of it is quite comfortable. Air conditioning also helps. Music choice, as usual, is terrible. Like Starbucks, it’s a safe and predictable voice when nothing better presents itself.

Nice coffee. When come here, I always order a freeze coffee with caramel. The taste is so good with caramel smell. Whipping cream is nice. In here, tea is nice as well. But the atmosphere I don’t really like. Every moment you come this coffee shop and you can see so many people there. Almost Store of this brand is crowded and so noisy.

Nice place for coffee. I came at 6:30am. Although the place only opens at 7 am the staff let me in and made me an excellent coffee. They have also cakes. Not sure they are fresh from the day. But in most coffee shops cakes are not fresh. They also sell their own Highland coffee powder for use at home. I realised that their coffee is more expensive than their own brand bought in a supermarket.

This highland coffee shop is structure very old and have strange smell goes around. Maybe cause of being old coffee shop but look nice. Staff there is kind and respectful as well.

This is a chain of Coffee shop in Vietnam found in every nook and corner, at least in Ho Chi Minh City. This is a Vietnamese substitute for Starbucks. Place is highly recommended for hanging out with friends or spend relaxing time. Coffees are nice. Other beverages are also nice. Coffee culture is very common in Ho chi Minh and one can get coffee anywhere.

Taste of coffee is just my style. It is strong and sweet. Atmosphere also not bad, just like normal cafe. However, portion of coffee isn'n normal I think. The pictures I attached is before I drink coffee. But It looks already drank 2 or 3 times.

Provide quite good taste. However, the staff are unfriendly and show no focus on their customers' order. I met the staff named Truc Giang with low voice and could not deliver exactly what the customer needed.

It’s like a local Starbucks with more affordable drinks and foods. The place is pretty cozy and comfortable to take a rest, or to do some work.

I asked for large hot coffee with milk. I got just usual small portion. I wonder if I asked for small one... would I get any?) The long bread is not tasty at all. The prices are high. A coffee with a small bread costs like a full dinner. The atmosphere is good. But I was furious 😠

Highlands Coffee is a reliable chain for good coffee, with locations all over. While it may not be the most unique coffee experience, their drinks are consistently well-made and satisfying. A great spot for a quick caffeine fix or a casual meeting.

Before you say something, check the bill and amount of money. I've been lots of highland coffee in Vietnam. But no one act like this. When I do complain to Cashier, she act like annoying. Even I did the right act. Never visit here again.

It’s a very popular coffee chain and therefore I was looking forward to trying it. Didn’t like it. Not exactly fresh coffee, pre-made with full of artificial and super sweet syrups. You can have that weird jazzed-up stuff that’s no longer a coffee but not yet a dessert. I love Vietnamese coffee but this chain is definitely not for me. They serve everything in take away plastic cups and generate huge amount of waste. Besides, the coffee shop itself is very dirty, people leave their empty cups and other bits and bobs behind and if you want a table you need to clean up other people’s dirt.

Not bad, I mean it's a chain coffee shop so yea. Over all though it was pleasant; bathroom was clean, atmosphere was chill, the cashier was Affable and friendly.

Venue: Quite uncomfortable as the temperature of the air conditioner was not cold enough. I was sweating all throughout our stay. It was not a conducive place to do some of my writing as I am distracted by the neighboring costumers because the tables are close to each other. The restroom was not well kept as the trash bin was already full and the soap was already empty. There was also no bidet. Service: staff were nice and caring towards the costumers. Nothing negative to say about them as they are really adamant to do their job. What puzzles me the most though was even though I was not yet done eating/drinking, they are clearing out my table already. Taste: the drinks were fine, but in my opinion, the cakes were a little bit too sweet. Overall: the experience was okay, but there are room for improvements.

One of the popular coffee chain in Vietnam. The coffee is not bad, very thick. But, service is a bit slow. There are many good cafe in Vietnam, so in comparison to others, I feel is not very special in term of ambience and food.

I visit highland coffee many times in many locations in HCM. I am satisfied with coffee here. The space is good, not much noisy, music with lower loudspeaker it helps can do conversation comfortable without noisy. The menu is focus on coffees and teas that you couldnt find in any places If you travel to HCM,vietnam, and stay at Bui vien district 1, you should visit highland coffee to enjoy vietnamese coffee.

Didnt get to try truyen nguyen legend because of the high price, so we then settle to try highlands which located really near from our hotel. Price is affordable, 35k for the ice vietnamese coffee and 30k for the cake. Place is nice and there is many people who hangout here. I think its better than the starbucks in de tham i visit earlier right before coming to here.

5-star (Vietnamese milk coffee) Strong but not as sweet as the local coffee shop 3.5-star (Vietnamese Milk Tea with Mangos) Special but nothing to shout about. Drinks taste sweet but the mangos slice fruit taste bland, probably due to the glucose already dissolved in the drink. Jelly inside taste great. 3.5-star (Bahn Mi Cha & Xa Xiu) Nicely done, crispy (abit hard actually) crust and proportionate share of meat and vege. 4-star (Banh Cheese Cake) Sweet and lots of poppy seeds with strong cheese taste. Very small bite size for all their cakes but good if U wish to a few varieties. 3-star (Tiramisu Cake) Nothing to shout about, regular tiramisu with not much mousse/ alcohol taste... 3.5-star (Carmel Chesse Cake) Not bad, nice mousse 3-star (Blueberry Mousse Cake) No mousse and feels hard 5-star (Bahn Mousse Chesse Cake) Very nice lime and rich chesse taste. -star (Passion Cheese Cake)

Tons of locations across Saigon. Haven't tried the hot coffees as I come here only for the Phin Coffee Freeze which is a calorie bomb but delicious. The small cheese cakes are also pretty good and reasonably priced.

Enhance that experience with an ambient soundtrack from the lo-fi, acoustic, chill music genres. I was there having Café Sửa Đá hiding from the morning rain outside. The calmness inside made it the perfect place for collecting my creative ideas as well as enjoying my infant daughter's company.
